Dollar General

This is the issue the company will hire 15 to 20 people, but only allows the management to have 2 people working a shift! There needs to be at least 3 to 4 people working besides the manager! (some managers don't do anything but sit on their butts in the office all day while the employees bust their butts to get stuff stocked) there is no way to get everything done with just 2 people on a shift! Managers make schedules and then get told they have to cut hours meaning employees have more work on their hands and can't get everything done that is asked of them! I'm sorry but you would think that this company would give their managers enough hours for employees to work! There is no way an employee can pay bills on a 15 hour a week paycheck! People want to say that it's the manager that can add and take hours away but in reality it's the corporate office that takes the hours away! We can't get everything the corporate office wants done with just 2 people on shift and only 5 hours a shift!
