Circle K Shell team,

I visited your store moments last night to fill up on gas. Needless to say I have never seen a gas station in such poor condition. it starts with down pump credit cards systems being down and progressively becomes the most unacceptable circle k shell I have very seen. Here is what I found:

1) credit card machines are down and pre pay only is acceptable. That means two transactions and 2 trips inside the store. Prepay then a credit from the prepay. The clerk at the counter said IT needs to fix it, and it is a low priority.

2) garbage outside is overwhelming over flowing and the outside was the only employee that was really hustling to clean up this mess.

3) inside:. This place is a total disaster, counters not clean not was the floors.

4) Men's Bathroom:

A. Water on the floor at the drain, great for a slip and fall. See pics
B. Broken urinal with a cover over it.
C. Disgusting urinal that was not clean or had not been cleaned in a while, could be days. See pix
D. Toilet. The toilet was so gross and filthy, i nearly had a gage reflex from what I saw and smelled. On a scale of 1 to 10, these was at -5. See pix

I told my wife and kids we will go else where for gas, snacks and a bio break. Needless to say I will not be be back to this store, or others for quite some time.

At our next stop, a competitor, there were 52 people at this service station. From Gas, food, and everything in between.
