Sonic Drive-In - bad managers

I don't know last names. The managers Ty and Amber has been caught by other employees frantinizing . These kids are 15 and older. What is that teaching our kids in the works force? they are not very good role models for these kids. Amber is always yelling at the kids and belittleing them all the time.when girls name Shelly Michelle had quit without calling in because of Amber going in yelling at people for standing around and she was the one that was standing around and they were working I see this. She is always in a bad mood at work she never smiles she makes terrible malts she's always slamming things around and you can see these to the windows.there is one girl who has been there for almost 2 years in August she's had her crying I don't know how many times and that's not good for the customers because the customers think at the car hopper is not friendly it does not give you a good reputation: for business she needs to be fired and I feel they should sign a petition against her she speeds in the parking lot almost hitting one of the car hoppers because she's 37 minutes late.there has been so many complaints about this week and it's not the car hoppers fault It is her fault because she yells at them and confuses them.the district manager Chris knows about this and he won't do nothing about it and neither will the owner.

I was the only person in line and no one behind me. Waited for 10minutes after paying for my food. When i got it, it was smashed and was no where near the flavor they used to be.I will not go to that sonic again. It was the one near walmart on Brand Pike.

The manager mark mora was being rude and disrepectful to the customers and the employees. And I was I was asking the car hop a question and he came on the intercom and told her to count her money and go home. It was all rude and he doesn't seem to treat people with respect there.
