I checked in on Monday July 21st for 2 nights. When I returned back to the room on Tuesday the 22nd the room was completely torn apart and my personal effects were not in there. I went to the front desk where a very young woman was working and when I inquired about it she stated "Oh yeah we moved you." I stated no one called me to let me know and she said "Oh it shouldn't be an issue, I'll update your key." I went back later when a seasoned worker was there and she was upset like I was because she had no idea the room she had booked me in was supposed to be out of commission as it was not on her list of room at were unavailable. She apologized and was very genuine. Today, July 25th, I was checking my bank account and they had charged me again! Called and talked to the "manager" and he stated it was for an amount previously owed. I stated you can't just charge people's cards without notifying them. This property has gone down hill since this manager was hired. As long as he is there I will not be going back.
