Dillons

I went to a job fair at Dillons 640 N West street in Wichita Kansas, the assistant store manager interview me and was given a job offer. I was waiting for my back ground check to clear when I received a call saying Adel Ward was working there. The last job I worked at she harassed me, stalked me, and threatened me continually, so I ended up quitting that job and finding other employment. I strive for professional work environment and giving the customer excellent service. I love customer service and have worked in it for many years. To avoid a toxic work environment, I accepted another position. A couple week later I received a check in the mail for one hour of work. This check had a comment on it that a highly satisfied customer made it possible. I never began working there nor did I punch in on a time clock. It is highly probable that this person accessed my personal information and sent this payroll check to me. Also received an application for an exit interview. I am upset that people can hire into Dillon's and use the computer to access my personal information and send me a payroll check I did not work for. That is theft and should not be tolerated. I take too much pride in what I do and strive for professionalism. Building positive working relationships is important to me and being professional is the way I conduct myself in the working environment. Its really sad there are people like this out in the word that spread hated and harass others for no reason at all.

I went to dillons 3/9/20 and shopped this store for over a hour. And tell the clerk that I have to pay with a check. Because my debt card was stolen and bank had put a stop to the debt card not my checking account.in fact I had just come from wal-mart and the took a check for my meds. And had paid my bills with my checking account. So anyways they decline my check and hold onto the cart full of food like I am going to grab it and run out the door with it lol. I am in my 60s and a cancer patient with heart problems. So they give me this number to call, and say when you get it straighten out please come back? Im think yeah right you have lost a customer for over 30 years and I plan on telling everyone I can about the experince. So the number that they gave me to call says — certgy did not make the decision to take the adverse action and is unable to tell you the specific reason why the adverse action was taken by us? Wow they also want your social security number, bank routing number andyour drivers license number. All is I can say is goodbye dillons and hello wal-mart. 10/21 around 615pm... Dayton at the west street store in wichita ks was pushing baskets almost running over 2 elderly women / one of which was disabled; as they were trying to get into the store. My husband and I patiently waited and told them to go ahead of us. Then cut off my husband and I as we were waiting to enter the store after the two women. I said to my husband we can go elsewhere I refuse to shop here. Both of us were disgusted by this employees behavior. Then we called for a manager and pam who was rude on the phone, refused to get one. This store has been going down hill. Rude employees! We will go elsewhere.
