First of all, I want to specify this is not a comment on this particular store which I feel does a generally good job. This is a commentary on the company and their bait and switch type tactics of fake sales. It is annoying enough that I must jump through their hoops to take advantage of many savings, but then after playing their game the links and sales are nonexistent! Case in point, today grapefruit was supposedly on sale for $3.99 with a QR code to take you to the prerequisite coupon. The QR code doesn't scan. Well ok, occasionally you can backdoor and find it through the app. NO! Nothing. I understand that SOMETIMES things happen and am willing to give a little grace, but almost every visit!?
During store hours, there should always be Customer Service available.
If the doors are open at 7:00am, and the store is making unprofessional mistakes, there should be Customer Service available to straighten out their mistakes.
They are forcing me to come back, at the cost of my vehicle overhead and time, to straighten out a problem they caused nearly 40% of my visits. A 60% success rate is FAILURE.

Today, Dillons ripped me off again. It happens 30 - 60% of my trips.
HORMEL CHILI is advertised at $1.99 with "DIGITAL COUPON SCAM".
But its being reduced at the register to $2.49. And, Customer Service, as I have complained about, wat CLOSED. I'm done with that. Now a Store Manager will be called, and I will receive a REFUND for your mistakes, from his pocket if necessary. Which is what occured today. Funny how he can open up Customer Service instead of reaching in his pocket.
EVERY CUSTOMER PURCHASING HORMEL CHILI this week with a "DIGITAL COUPON SCAM" will be cheated and will be overcharged compared to the ADVERTISED PRICE, because the STORE MANAGER cannot change the programming on the programmed-to-cheat-you cash registers.
