This location in Wichita is horrible! Having been a supporter of PO box convenience, they can't find staff to properly return mail to sender when asked (it's put right back into mail box) and delayed dipensation of packages by FedEx and UPS, by Amazon and other internet businesses, to PO box customers. Several times, I received tracking notification that my package arrived at Munger, I go there and am told no one can retrieve it for me for another day! So I go there the next day and still no package in the mail locker! The problem is Sean, the pretend supervisor, who is a bully and misogynist. He should not be in contact with customers at all. He should be banned to the back of the building! He made a disabled woman whom he knows is a regular customer, go back to her car to get her drivers license and held her package hostage, after everyone heard him say "I know you, I talked to you yesterday, " then refused to give her, her own paid FedEx package! So this is how USPS treats recipients of other shippers! They handle them so they are not delivered quickly, and punish the customer when they won't do their job and hand over the package to the PO Box customer. USPS charges $70 annually for PO box rental, then Munger refuses prompt delivery to the boxholder when packages arrive. Pathetic. If you're a nasty person, you shouldn't be in customer service and create a crisis for a disabled person just getting their mail.
