As many have already stated, the facility in Bell Gardens is a huge problem. My package got there on APRIL 27th 2024, and I still have not received it, nor has it moved. Yet I am told it is “in the system with usps.” I am positive that it has been stolen due to its contents being labeled on the package (because it came from another country to the US.) No one is taking my complaint seriously and not considering theft at all. I filed a missing mail search on May 06 as well with literally all the info they could need, a photo of the receipt, photos of the package and contents description. Still nothing. It is now June 17 2024 and still no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and irritated at the fact that there are hundreds of complaints of lost or stolen mail at this facility and my complaint is still being brushed aside.
Claimed loss: Very important sentimental collectible items.
Desired outcome: For my package to be found and given to me!!!

It’s unacceptable that you’ve provided all the necessary information, including photos and descriptions, yet nothing has been done. The lack of action and consideration is a disgrace.
You deserve answers and a resolution, not to be brushed aside. Keep pushing, make sure your voice is heard, and demand accountability. The USPS needs to understand that they can't treat customers this way. Stay strong, and don't let them get away with this. Your package and peace of mind are worth fighting for.
I’ve been trying! I keep following up too and I’m hearing nothing at all now. It’s incredibly frustrating.
