Mixed Experiences with Endicia Internet Postage
As I delved into the reviews of Endicia Internet Postage, I found a mix of experiences that customers have had with the service. While some users praised the ease of access to USPS services and discounted rates, others expressed frustration with customer service and technical issues. One customer mentioned a positive experience with seamless dealings until recent changes post the Stamps.com merge, leading to billing disputes and tech glitches. On the other hand, another user highlighted the undependability of the service, citing frequent printing issues and unhelpful customer support. It seems that Endicia's reputation is a bit polarized, with some users finding value in the service while others faced challenges that impacted their shipping processes. Potential customers should consider these varied experiences before deciding to use Endicia for their postage needs.

I have been using Endicia Dazzle for about 5 years and I love the product, easy to use and had very few issues. The reason that I did not give it a 5 Star rating is their below par customer support. If you ever have an issue plan on spending sometime on the phone.
They are a fraud
They are a fraud. They charged one of my credit cards that I've never used before, other than to consolidate payments from different accounts. Somehow they got the number and charged $1.00. So far from what I researched this is an ongoing fraud with this company. Just google endicia fraud and you will be tired reading report after report of frauds committed by this people.

Like so many before me, Endicia fraudulently charged my Visa card. Spent over 30 minutes trying to rectify it on the phone. Had to cancel the card number and now have to change all my monthly bills that go to that Visa card. How on earth with nothing but bad reviews stating fraud does this company get an A+ from the ComplaintsBoard.com?

Endicia, who I've never had an account with, continues to debit a closed account every month
Endicia, who I've never had an account with, continues to debit a closed account every month. I contact their support and recieved no help or guidelines. The CC used has be closed as my bank determined this was fraud. I contacted Endicia and in took them days to respond. Since I have no account the seemed to imply they could not help... even though I was being charged for service I did not agree to. Disapointed and will never do business with them.

On August 11th, I was charged $90 to my credit card. I have never used this company, nor do I plan to in the future. There are many other reports online of similar charges, though it seems the Endicia is not working to resolve this issue.
Fraud Charged my credit card $1 Stamps.com and $1 USPS Stamps Endicia, 9/08
Fraud
Charged my credit card $1 Stamps.com and $1 USPS Stamps Endicia, 9/08. I got their phone number from the bank and have not been able to speak to anyone.
Noticed today 10/8 that my card was charged on 09/29 $50 twice to Stamps.com and also twice to USPS Stamps Endicia. That is $202 they stole from me!
Cancelled the card. Wish I could find out how they got my information since I never went to their websites.
With all the comments about fraud, rating should be F!

I have been trying for over a month and over a dozen emails to stop Endicia from emailing us
I have been trying for over a month and over a dozen emails to stop Endicia from emailing us. I have closed the account... an account we never used, even though they charged us for it. They *** not stop sending me emails. They send one every single day asking us to update our account, even though our account is closed. They are as incompetent as they come... and they are nowhere close to the false claim they make of being the number one USPS shipping solution. If anything, they are the worst.

After reading over some of these reviews, I'm in the same boat
After reading over some of these reviews, I'm in the same boat. I've emailed Endicia (and Stamps.com) numerous times since 5/1 and have not received a single response from a human. I'm convinced there's no one working at this company; they just collect their monthly fees and call it day. I'll be cancelling my subscription if I don't hear back before my trial period expires... Two stars, since once my NetStamps arrived (separate, $18 purchase), I was actually able to print the postage I needed. I have reference #s ready, in case someone can actually look into my ticket(s) & help me...

Endicia charge my credit card (one that I never gave to them) for a service I never signed up for
Endicia charge my credit card (one that I never gave to them) for a service I never signed up for. When I called the customer service number, they were unable to find an account and sent me over to their security department. "Because of COVID" I was told I would have to wait for 90 minutes. My only other option to reach someone was to send an email. I don't know how they got my credit card information. It is a balance transfer card that I NEVER use. My credit card company said they could cancel the card and send a new one. Wow, isn't this fun!? So absolutely disgusted and furious with this situation. Obviously there is an issue with this company as every review is bad. How they have an A+ rating from ComplaintsBoard.com is mind boggling. Do your job ComplaintsBoard.com and investigate this company!

I do not understand HOW this Endicia/Stamps.com has A+ ComplaintsBoard.com rating?
I do not understand HOW this Endicia/Stamps.com has A+ ComplaintsBoard.com rating? I never used either, switched banks for my small consulting business recently (to Bank of America), got debit card and credit card - never even used a debit card for any purchases, only use credit card online or in stores. Used to deposit two business checks for sales on separate days. Then, after about a month from the first deposit, my business debit card got charged from USPS/Stamps - ENDINC 49$, than in 3 days I noticed two charges of 50$ pending - variations of USPS/Stamps.com in the description... Have to google the company to find a website/phone(s). After loop-holes through phone waiting got to talk with agent - he said "oh, that can happen" can you read me a FULL debit card number (and your name) so I can cancel your account? Haven't done either ant told them that I will cancel through the bank. He, said, "sure, I understand, why would you reveal this to the company that posts fraudulent charges?" They have option to cancel online, where, you guessed it, you input your full information to compare the database and sell your info to the CC mills? there is a page titled "Do not use my personal information" wher you enter YOUR personal information for them not to use? Called my bank and cancelled the card. Traced back to the origin - they posted 1$ charge on debit card the same day I deposited first check - "probing charge" as bank calls it, and quickly reverted, so I cannot see it on my account anymore, but BofAm agent can. Then, they laid low for three weeks before starting hitting the card with 50$ with different combinations of USPS/Stamps.com etc. Although my business has account with USPS, we NEVER used Stamps.com, not even print stamps, only occational package shipments printing directly on USPS. Google "endicia scam" you will get many complains of charges people not signing for services and being charged 100th of $ before they realize what is going on - I guess businesses with bigger shipping volume would not catch this in time. I am posting it here, and on all my social accounts, because this is WRONG. Especially now, when small businesses already suffer enough and many are closed for in-person sales and resort to shipping their products. I am not posting here links to them, but my business site is Landviser com. and I will be posting more details on this there in a blog post.

In Feb, I called them as I notice that my bank was posting the daily postage increments duplicated in one day only to find out they were having a delay on their ach postings, Worst was my monthly subscriptions from Sept. Oct. Nov. posted. They promised these delay were never going to happen again as I explained to them the impact these causes on the cash flow of a small business owner. This month I notice around the mid of the month a charge similar to the monthly subscription twice but due to a family emergency didn't have time to call which also cause an overdraft to my account. By 4/30 I got woken out in the morning as the account was almost zero balance and I was desperately on the phone with Endicia trying to cancel my ach authorization with them thinking there was some kind of virus as there multiple charges was kept going through the acct and they won't stop. They transferred me to security wo said she can't do anything i need to talked to Endicia. My Bank found it unauthorized

On two separate occasions the website for Endicia has glitched costing me money. The organization I work for ships small boxes at a postage rate (currently) of $4.85 per box. The cost for a sheet of stamps is $121.25 for 25 stamps. This has been an issue for a while but the first two times it happened Endicia customer service refunded the money. The last two times their website failed however, I have had to fill out a form and mail it to them with a blank stamp page. I mailed two forms with blank stamp sheets on two separate occasions months ago. I contacted customer service via phone and email and have never received a response. So far, Endicia has charged my account a total of $216.25 from these two incidents and has done nothing to correct the problem. My organization spends an excess of $*** a month with this terrible company and they will not correct the problem and are now ignoring me when I ask them about it.
I have been using Endicia for almost 3 years now. In total, I spend a significant amount on postage. I needed to file my taxes and I called Endicia support on June 8th to request a history report of all the postage spent in the entire previous calendar year. I was instructed over the phone that I would receive an email with the history in 1 hour. Fast forward 24 hrs, no report has been received.
On June 9th, I called again to request a report. This time, the report was emailed to me while being on the phone. However, the report was missing most of the data, stopping at April 13th. After telling this to the customer service rep, his response was "that's all I have." How am I supposed to get my data if that's "all you have"? I also pointed to the summary at the end of the report which contained a total sum that was incorrect and not reflective of the amount I spent until April 13th. The customer service rep failed to explain where this discrepancy was coming from, and after my questions, simply hung up!
I am not an Endicia customer. One of their customers is sending packages using my address as the return address, so undeliverable packages are being "returned" to us. I called Endicia to try to get them to look up who has been doing this and make them stop. They refused to help saying people can write in whatever return address they want "just like a letter."
I closed my endicia account over a year ago but I just got a statement from them claiming I owe them over $180. I have not used their services since I closed my account, and now with this *** behavior I have no wish to use them in the future. I want them to clear any charges they are attempting to collect from me and erase my information from their system. I no longer trust them with my information.
Account close by endicia and customer service can't explain why and now they're charging me a monthly fee to use the service I've used before
Account close by endicia and customer service can't explain why and now they're charging me a monthly fee to use the service I've used before. I have been a dymo stamps user for many years. Recently they told me that they will be switching to a netstamps account with new stamps and that my dymo stamps will no longer be valid. Fine. I purchased 2 rolls of their netstamps and have been using the free stamps account since I don't print alot of stamps regularly. One day I sign onto my account to print a stamp and my account was no longer valid. I called customer service and they said my account was closed. I told them I never closed it and they said well it's closed and now I have to pay a monthly service fee when I was using the free netstamps version with my paid for netstamps. They couldn't explain it to me and said that paying for a monthly service was my only option. Endicia is such a scam and now I'm stuck with these stupid netstamps that I purchased. I would not do business with a scum company like Endicia!

2/9 - I printed two pages of postage for certified mail in error (should have been .51 cent postage) for a total of $348. Called the postage service and they instructed me to mail the incorrect postage sheets according to the refund instructions available online. I wanted to send them via overnight delivery with UPS to ensure the receipt of items due to the significant dollar amount involved, but I was told that there was no street address available for overnight deliveries. Consequently, I mailed them to the address listed on the refund form.
3/9 - I reached out to the postage service again and was informed that the items were received on 2/19, and that it would take 2-3 weeks to process the refund. I made follow-up calls on 3/16, 3/18, and 3/23, during which I was told that the items were never received and that I had been misinformed previously. I continued to seek updates on 4/8 and 4/23. On the latter date, I was advised to send an email to the customer service at stamps.com to initiate an investigation.
4/23 - I sent an email to the customer service as instructed. I received an automatic response stating that my issue would be looked into.
4/30 - After receiving no further communication, I sent another email, only to receive the same automatic response.
As of 5/5 - I have yet to receive any response. It's worth noting that we have been loyal customers for 20 years!
I have closed accounts called several times to this company, and I am still being charged from months ago. I have brought this to Endicia customer service too many times. They collected over $300 off accounts that were suppose to be closed. Now its mothers day they've taken money once again this time leaving me flat broke. The customer service is ran by foreigners and I always have to call multiple time to speak to some one who speaks English. The account was open last last I closed it and They still been charging me. I have emails where I've contacted them dating back to January.
Endicia has been charging my account a monthly fee of $17.99, but as of October I could no longer log into my account. In the past I could log in to create shipping labels, update services, use a credit card or debit card to provide payment, and add funds to my account. As of September, I could log into my account, but when I went to manage my account I would try to update a card number and it wouldn't save. The account wouldn't be able to increase funds fir postage and I was running a business during the pandemic selling merchandise that had to be shipped. I wanted to believe that it was related to the pandemic causing people to rely on shipping more items, but then I could no longer log into my account. This company was/is somehow related to stamps.com. I spent many hours on hold waiting for an answer either on Endicia's customer service or stamps.com's customer service lines. I have tried monthly to resolve this. My balance is nearly $180. I want this removed and not pay.
Endicia's migration to NetStamps has left our business without the ability to print postage
Endicia's migration to NetStamps has left our business without the ability to print postage. Account #XXXXXX. Endicia announced that it would stop supporting the Dymo style roll stamps on August 25th. They further advised that if you had any left over rolls that you should print postage on them for later use and that the software would no longer print on them after the 25th of August . We did that. Additionally, we purchased $60 worth of the NEW required rolls. The software was upgraded and now states that our account "is not yet able to print NetStamps", the new format. In a conversation with someone in tech support, I was told that the migration did not go as planned and there was no ETA as to when we would be able to use the postage we have already paid for, OR be able to print on the new rolls that we were required to purchased to support the new format. I have now been on hold for an hour and a half with no end in sight. Our emails to tech support have also been ignored and we have received no response to our queries. Their support website gives an error.

Close account #123456 and was told money in account of $100 would be sent to me. I have contacted them over 15 times by email and phone. Just keep getting the run around. I need money sent by Check as Credit Card not valid because it was issued too long ago.

I have been a user of a certain service for a number of years. Last year, they sent me a notice that my account would be closed unexpectedly, and I called them to address the issue. They had no idea what the problem was and assured me the account was not closing. In November, my account stopped working, and I was on with support for over three hours. They could not figure out why and had me open a new account, which I did. The old account had funds in it to be used for postage, and I was told when the new account became active that it would be refunded to my credit card. I called because the refund had not been processed and was assured it would be. In January, I called again and received the same response. In February, I was told the refund would be processed and was given a confirmation code. Since the issue began on November 8th and was not resolved by the end of the month, I called again today and was told the refund would be processed and was given a new confirmation code. I want the money they have held since November 8th! The old account number is provided.
I have been receiving monthly service fees from Endicia. I did not authorize these charges and no longer use the services of Endicia. I have been receiving monthly service fees from Endicia. I did not authorize these charges and no longer use the services of Endicia. They are charging these fees against a credit card that I no longer use and was cancelled months ago I have tried through multiple emails to cancel the account with Endicia. I finally was able to speak to a service representative (***) on Monday, April 5. She assured me that my account has been closed, but I am still liable tor the accrued charges of $96.45. I have been to my bank and wish to dispute these charges. My account number was set up with Dymo and the Number is XXXXXX.
Endicia closed my Basic Netstamps Plan Account in a fraudulent manner. The Security Department admitted that an employee improperly closed my account and changed the email address on my account to an *** email so I would not receive any emails regarding the closure and stole the balance of cash in my account. In speaking with several representatives for several hours I am being told their is nothing that can be done. Although they admit their employee fraudulently closed the account, I have not encountered someone that can assist me.

We bought labels that they no longer supported
We bought labels that they no longer supported. Then they charged us monthly without sending any monthly notifications. We paid over *** for nothing. Our admin purchased postage credit in Dec 2019. We were not informed that we would also be charged *** monthly. Additionally, I bought rolls of postage labels that had an *** code, but then the company changed ownership and they no longer supported those rolls. So we had a label printer, numerous labels and postage credit with no way to use any of it. Adding insult to injury, I discovered they have been charging our company monthly, now totaling over *** I called and they said, "Yes, we've been sending monthly notices." NO, they have not. I checked the e-mail they had on file and it was correct. I received the first e-mail from them in 2019 showing the credit the admin purchased. They do not notify you monthly. To make matters worse, they charge you a cancelling fee! What a sleezy business! After speaking with the rep (who was friendly), I was able to get two months refunded and she waived the ridiculous cancelling fee. I hope they refund the *** postage credit like the rep said they would. Otherwise I'll be taking further action.

I have been receiving monthly charges on my credit card despite never opening an account with Endicia. I have been receiving monthly charges on my credit card despite never opening an account with Endicia. The most recent was a charge for $19.25 on 2/2. Prior to that, I've been charged $38.50 on 1/1, $19.25 on 11/2, and multiple other charges going back to August . I disputed the charge with my credit card and continue to be billed. When I went to Endicia's website to cancel the charges, I was prompted to log into my account. I have no recollection of creating an account, but on the off-chance that something slipped my mind I clicked "forgot username" and was directed to an error message. So: I'm getting charged for something I didn't buy, I don't know why, and when I try to investigate this through the company infrastructure I have no means to learn anything.
Purchased a certain amount of postage through Dazzle on a specific date. Checked my banking statement and saw that a charge was made on one date and again on another date. Spoke to three different customer service representatives at the company (after a total wait of four hours) and each time the issue was escalated to a higher level of support. I was informed that they could see the one charge that I made on the first of the month but could not identify the second charge. After much discussion, they advised me that my only recourse was to contact my bank and dispute the charge. Now, due to the pandemic, I have to visit my bank in person, which is a significant challenge for me as I am a paraplegic and use a wheelchair. Unless the company in question refunds my money, I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Furthermore, I will end my four-year relationship with Endicia and will be looking into their competitors. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer.
During my first attempt to print stamps using the online site, I had an issue where nothing printed onto the stamps page. However, the system registered it as successful and I was charged for postage. I contacted customer service and they assisted me in changing the setting on my printer so that I could successfully print, which I did. They advised me to send in the blank stamp sheet with a note explaining what happened, which I did promptly. Later, I received an email just stating that the request was denied because I was "missing printed postage history". No further explanation or way to move forward was provided. I am extremely upset and disappointed that after two months they would reject a reasonable request to return the postage fees with something that I have no way of now proving.
I started a free trial period on 8/17, and on 9/17 was billed $17.99
I started a free trial period on 8/17, and on 9/17 was billed $17.99. I cancelled by phone 8/18. Endicia refuses to refund the incorrect charge. I started a month long free trial period beginning 8/17. The following day, after only using it for one tracking label I was not satisfied with, I called to cancel. The wait times were incredibly long and I was hung up on multiple times before they confirmed they cancelled the subscription. However on 9/17 I was billed $17.99 for the subscription. I immediately cancelled the subscription (but made no steps to delete my account). I called their customer support and emailed. No response to my email, but the customer support representative by phone informed me that I could not refund the subscription, even if there was an error, because my account was closed. I did not close my account, and I questioned this, but evidently when cancelling the subscription my account was closed (within less than 12 hours)! This to me seems incredibly evasive. I was told no refunds could occur because my account was closed. So because I cancelled a subscription that I was already informed by phone was cancelled, my account cannot receive refunds. However, despite my account being closed my username and email are still on file as requesting a forgotten username sends an email.

Misleading signup information
Misleading signup information. No written notification of billing for services not rendered other than card charges. Refusal to credit. Misleading signup information. No written notification of billing for services not rendered other than card charges. Refusal to credit. In Feb 2020 I was considering the services of Endicia online. It required me to enter credit card and personal information to obtain information on potential services. I elected not to use their service as it was not what I was looking for. Apparently their small print (if any) started billing my credit card a monthly fee after four weeks. The charges were 17.99 per month(total 4 month). There was no written notification email or mailed to me to inform me that I had signed up or that they would be charging me monthly. I failed to notice the billings until 6 June .I had never used their service that they are to provide for this monthly fee and asked for a reverse of charges. To me it is fraudulent and ethically unacceptable to continually charge for a non-provided service relying on the credit card charge on a bank statement as the only form of communication! All charges should be clearly spelled out for an individual to see with reminders, especially when the company has not performed an service. I highly do not recommend this company for anything. Lack of communications for potential services never rendered.

Service immediately suspended upon signup, spent over 4 hours on hold in 4 different calls, sent email to 3 email addresses, no response & no service. I signed up for service around noon on Monday 7/6 and never received an email with my account number so I couldn't log in to the program. I called Monday evening and was provided my account number and put on hold for over an hour waiting for the "security team" to pick up and unlock my account. After 1:08 on hold, I hung up. I called twice on Tuesday and got the same thing. More than an hour on hold each time before hanging up. Called again Wednesday and the customer service rep said "let me see if I can fix this for you. Can I put you on a brief hold?" I said yes and she put me on hold. After 50 minutes on hold I hung up. I then sent an email to ***@***, ***@***, and ***@***. Read receipt shows that it has been read, but no one has responded. I've been on hold for over 4 hours over 3 days and have sent an email that has been read. I can't even cancel my account because I still can't log in. I'm shocked by the complete and utter disregard and disinterest in getting a new business account going. No one considering mail service should consider Endicia. No one. The worst. I invested in a Dymo label printer and spent $60 on "Netstamps" from Onyx Products (an Endicia company) in hopes of using the service but I can't and I can't get anyone on the phone or by email to cancel my account.

Endicia closed my account and kept postage balance w/o notice, refused to honor their published blog advising I would be transitioned to new platform. I bought a Dymo printer in 2013 and it came with an Endicia print postage at home account. I have used this account, and kept it active with a balance of postage. When I tried to print postage earlier this week, the program told me my account was closed and I should call Endicia. I did. I was told the account was closed and could not be reinstated. I inquired about my remaining balance of postage and was told a check would be sent (although they admitted they closed the account in January). I looked up information on the Internet about this, and found the following page published by Endicia in April : *** It states: "I use a Free DYMO Stamps-only plan, will my plan be transitioned? Yes. Your plan will be transitioned to a free NetStamps-only plan." I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor. I mentioned their own policy stated my account should be transitioned to the NetStamps account. He said that was a mistake on their part. I noted it was still an active page on the Internet. He said they had to do this because of the sale of their company to Stampe.com. I pointed out that sale occurred in 2015, yet the blog post was in April . He then reluctantly agreed to provide the NetStamps account and said I would receive an e-mail within 24 to 48 hours with the account information. This e-mail never came.

Endicia not refunding money for a service I never requested nor signed for I've never heard of this company before
Endicia not refunding money for a service I never requested nor signed for I've never heard of this company before. I've discovered them when I saw the charges on my bank statements. I've never received from them a notification they were going to charge me. There was no written notification email or mailed to me to inform me that I had signed up or that they would be charging me. On May 29th I had a $50.00 charge by Endicia and on June 05 I have another $50.00 charge from them. ($100 in total). I contacted Endicia at their X-XXX-XXX-XXXX number while the latest charge was still pending to try to stop it (04 June) and to claim for a refund. After waiting for almost two hours, they asked me twice for personal information (I had to give them my credit card numbers) to identify me which I provided. I stated that I had never used their services that they are to provide for this charges or fees and asked for a reverse of charges. They said they would not refund me but agreed to stop further charges. The refuse to refund me for services not rendered nor signed by me to use my card and charge me. To me, it is fraudulent and ethically unacceptable to charge for a non-provided service relying on the credit card charge on a bank statement as the only form of communication! I can't provide/submit a contract or receipt because I never received any of it. In conclusion: - I think all charges should be clearly notified before, I was never notified about these charges (No contract between Endicia and me). - And if you charge me at least send me a receipt so I can track what I paid for. (As I wrote I never received, I found out on my bank statement). I would never recommend this company for anything.

Misleading signup information
Misleading signup information. No written notification of billing for services not rendered other than card charges. Refusal to credit. In Sep 2019 I was considering the services of Endicia online. It required me to enter credit card and personal information to obtain information on potential services. I elected not to use their service as it was not what I was looking for. Apparently their small print (if any) started billing my credit card a monthly fee after four weeks (1st in Oct 2019). The charges were *** per month. There was no written notification email or mailed to me to inform me that I had signed up or that they would be charging me monthly. With the holidays and then a lengthy trip and COVID19 making the trip even further delayed while not at primary residence I failed to notice the billings until 8 May , at which time I contacted Endicia at their (XXX) XXX-XXXX number and they asked me again for personal information to identify me which I provided and said that I had signed up for their service in Sep 2019. I stated that I had never used their service that they are to provide for this monthly fee and asked for a reverse of charges. They said they would not but agreed to stop further charges. I believe that they are one of the many types of online services that do this as a routine practice with potential customers. 1) Lack of communications for potential services never rendered.

I was kept on hold for over 5.5 hours just to unlock my account
I was kept on hold for over 5.5 hours just to unlock my account. Around 12 PM on 09/09, my companies Endicia account stopped working. We were unable to process any shipments through USPS because of it. We had 442 USPS orders scheduled for yesterday that had to be shipped via FedEx ground instead. On average, FedEx ground is double the expense. We estimate that we lost over $*** in revenue yesterday. After resetting the password, Endicia locked my account. I then sat on hold for 4.5 hours waiting to speak with technical support. Right around the 5 hour mark (6PM EST at this point), I was hung up on. I then proceeded to call back, only to sit on hold for an additional hour and a half. I actually drove home (a 20 minute drive) while on hold with Endicia. After finally getting someone as customer support (not even technical support), they were able to unlock my account and reset my password. This morning, 09/10, I woke up and went to add more money to our Endicia account (knowing that we had a very busy day) and my account was locked again. I then had to get back on the phone to have it resolved. At the time of my writing this, my account is still not fully operational. I was told by and Endicia supervisor (***) that I would be getting a call from a technical support person and I still have not received anything. I spoke with *** around 10 am - which means its been 3 hours and still nothing (and my account is still not fully operational). In addition, *** left me her direct phone number, so I could get back in touch with her (in the event that I did not get a call back) - *** This number brings you to the main line, where I was instructed that I would have to wait another 40 minutes. I've not spent over 8 hours of my personal time, just waiting on the phone to get my account unlocked. That should not take that long. I had to push all of my afternoon meetings from yesterday, as well as my morning meetings from today. Endicia's customer service is essentially useless and their product is broken. They make their customers wait for, literally, hours just to speak with someone.

We paid an annual fee and then were charged on a monthly basis canceled the account and still have not rec'd refunds for postage or overcharges
We paid an annual fee and then were charged on a monthly basis canceled the account and still have not rec'd refunds for postage or overcharges. July 22 *** Ref: Customer Refund & Overcharges To whom it may concern: I have tried a number of times contacting you by email and today I was on the phone for 1 HOUR AND 15 MINS, trying to resolve this issue. I got transferred the first time when supposedly their computer was crashing then after waiting again in line for another 20 mins when I was already connected after waiting for the 1st person to answer. I got someone who verified everything again put me on hold several times then came back put me on hold for the last time to go to another department to find out why no refund was done when he told me everything checks out. After 1 hr and 15 mins and still being kept on hold I HUNG up. This is one of the worse customer service departments I have ever encountered. I am due a refund for the postage that was on our account when I canceled it and a refund for the two over charges, we paid annually yet you started to charge us a monthly fee for two months which still have not been refunded back to my credit card. I have provided you with all of the information necessary and there is no reason why this refund shouldn't have been processed in a timely fashion. You can send me an email to let me know when I can expect this to be resolved. *** T CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUEST SENT THRU WEBSITE ON 04.24.2020 Account cancellation sent into Endicia on April 24 Acct # XXXXXX- I am being charged a monthly fee for the last 2 months that needs to be refunded. I am not renewing I cannot print stamps because I have generic stamp labels and you are requiring the labels to be purchased thru you so I want to cancel my account and have my postage account balance refunded along with the two months service fees I was charged. My account balance is 70.52 plus 17.64 total of 88.16 is my refund amount. Do not charge my credit card for another month's service fee and send me a confirmation that this amount is refunded to my credit card on file. Made us lost time without knowing an expiration
Made us lost time without knowing an expiration. Lies of agents. They negated our refund. Horrible service This company is a fraud . We shipped some things internationally and most of shipments don't show "delivered" then the clients in Amazon opens the disputes because of that. But in one in specific package. We shipped in November 4 and by January after see it not showed delivered we called to check and agents told us that was in transit and wait. But we didn't know the trick that maybe they pretended to do. February arrived and of course the client in Amazon opened the claim. Then by instructions of the agents of endicia they said us to give a form to the client to fill we did that. Then we talked a couple of days after again to endicia to check and a lady told us that there was a claim opened in our name and we supposed was the client. The endicia agent told us that the client could claim the money thing that was not true, but she said us to open a new claim to replace the existing one. She was wrong and supervisor *** confirmed that this information was incorrect. What happened here? Well that the bad orientation of the agents since January made us lost time and of course each email and process takes weeks. Now, we spoke with two supervisors one of them told us not so much, but the other agent spoke with us 2 hours in two different days and she told us that that she recognized the bad orientation of the agents but she told us never wait or call that numbers again. IMAGINE THE SAME AGENT TOLD US TO NOT TO CALL THAT NUMBERS BECAUSE SHE RECOGNIZED THE BAD INFORMATION AND BAD ATTENTION THAT EXISTS. She told us to call better to supervisors betters for more legitimate information. Then the supervisor gave us a phone number where a supervisor answers fast. Imagine the lost of time because in regular endicia phones you wait 30 minutes to 1 hour for an agent then for a supervisor add other 30 mins or 1 hour. This supervisor was called ***. Anyway you can imagine how the time passed and the days. Well other different agent that told us to make another claim she made wrong and maybe knowing the time of expiration will come. In fact we received the email after three weeks of the negation of our around *** US insurance, this was not surprise because we noted elongation of times and *** the supervisor told us why someone told us to open a new claim when it was opened other one, the same supervisor was impressed with that. Then all this things conduced for the lack of honest attitude of the claims team. The supervisor *** previous to this told us that we didn't need to worry and that she was going to check the case and she recognized all the problems the other agents gave us. This supervisor was *** again. Well nothing happened. The worst was that I called there and another supervisor called *** and he told me that including he didn't saw anything in the system, no notes no nothing or account associated with that tracking number. Or he lied or simply it was not a supervisor but a novice. Then all the agents played a dirty game on us and all the manipulation went to run against time to reach the 90 days we didn't know until one supervisor told us. Then form the different arguments between agents that some know things other not with the same systems and range of job, or they delete registers, or what they do is a disorder. What is a fact is that they play with you to run and they are not honest. They try to escape and evade pay you the insurance. We want our products back of the package they lost or the money of the insurance we paid. We paid full coverage for the *** US. We have everything. They are counting with chronometer the seconds but the bad service makes you wait weeks. They to answer you can take weeks, or simply a phone call can take hours for nothing, because when they answer they give you the incorrect indications or simply is a person behind the desk who I don't know works in that job, because some agents don't know nothing. This is the tracking number they lost
