PostScan Mail: The Real Deal for Hassle-Free Mail Management
Yo, I gotta say, PostScan Mail is the real deal. I was hesitant at first, but now I'm a believer. They handle all my mail for me, and I don't gotta worry about missing anything important. Plus, their customer service is on point. They always answer my questions and help me out when I need it.
The best part is, they keep my info private. I don't gotta worry about my email address getting sold to some sketchy company. PostScan Mail's got my back.
Sure, there's a few typos here and there on their website, but who cares? They're doing the hard work of sorting through my mail so I don't gotta. And they're doing it well.
I'm excited to see where this company goes in the future. They deserve all the success they can get. Keep up the good work, PostScan Mail!
Disappointing Experience with PostScan Mail: Long Waiting Times and Poor Support
I recently tried out PostScan Mail and used their facility in Brooklyn, New York. Let me tell you, the waiting time for uploads can be a real drag. Sometimes it takes more than a week! And don't even get me started on the parcel forwarding process. It takes another week just to have them forwarded, and to make matters worse, they're doubly forwarded and charged!
I tried reaching out to their support team to address these issues, but either I got no response or the response was unsatisfactory and came way too late. It's frustrating to deal with these kinds of problems when you're relying on a service like this to manage your mail.
Overall, I'm not too impressed with PostScan Mail. The waiting times and forwarding issues are a real hassle, and the lack of support only adds to the frustration. I'm not sure if I'll be using their services again in the future.
PostScan Mail: The Game-Changer for Your Mail Needs
I found PostScan Mail and I gotta say, it's pretty cool. I mean, who likes waiting for the mail? Not me, that's for sure. And when you're away from your address, it can be a real pain in the you-know-what to make sure you don't miss anything important. But with PostScan Mail, that's not a problem anymore.
Basically, what they do is they receive your mail for you and then scan it and send it to you digitally. So you can see what's in your mailbox from anywhere in the world. And if you need the physical copy of something, they can forward it to you.
I know what you're thinking, "But what about security?" Well, they take that seriously. They use encryption and other fancy tech stuff to make sure your mail is safe and secure.
And the best part? It saves you time. No more unnecessary trips to your mailbox. No more waiting around for something important to arrive. It's all right there in your inbox.
So yeah, I'm pretty stoked about PostScan Mail. It's a game-changer for sure.
Convenient and Reliable Mail Forwarding: My PostScan Mail Review
I've been using PostScan Mail for a few months now and I have to say, it's been a pretty good experience overall. The sign-up process was pretty straightforward and I didn't have any major issues with it. However, I did have to reach out to customer support a few times to get some questions answered. I had some questions about the specific address information and how the system processes work, but the representatives I spoke to were helpful and patient.
One thing I really like about PostScan Mail is the convenience it offers. I travel a lot for work, so having my mail forwarded to me wherever I am is a huge help. I also like that I can view my mail online and decide whether I want it forwarded to me or shredded. It's a great way to stay on top of things without having to physically be there to receive my mail.
The only issue I've had with PostScan Mail is that sometimes the scanning quality isn't the best. I've had a few instances where the scanned document was blurry or hard to read. However, this hasn't been a major issue for me and I've been able to work around it.
Overall, I would recommend PostScan Mail to anyone who needs a convenient and reliable mail forwarding service. The customer support is helpful and the convenience factor is definitely worth it.
PostScan Mail Review: Simplify Your Mail Situation and Never Miss an Important Document
The setup for PostScan Mail was pretty easy, but then I hit a snag when I had to enter my card information. I couldn't remember the three digit code on the back, and the system timed me out. It was frustrating, but I managed to switch to a different email address and get back on track.
Overall, I'm really happy with the service. As someone who travels a lot, it's a huge relief to know that I won't miss any important documents while I'm away. It's one less thing to worry about, and that's a big deal for me.
I've been using PostScan Mail for a little while now, and I haven't had any major issues. The interface is straightforward and easy to use, and I appreciate the notifications when I receive new mail. It's nice to have everything in one place, and I don't have to worry about sorting through a bunch of junk mail.
One thing I will say is that the pricing can be a little confusing. There are a lot of different options, and it's not always clear what you're getting for your money. But overall, I think the service is worth it. It's a small price to pay for the peace of mind that comes with knowing your mail is being taken care of.
All in all, I'm happy with my experience with PostScan Mail. It's not perfect, but it's definitely made my life a little easier. If you're someone who travels a lot or just wants to simplify your mail situation, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
Effortless Sign-up Process, but Lack of Notarization Info: My PostScan Mail Review
Signing up for PostScan Mail was a breeze. The setup process was simple and straightforward. However, I did have some questions about notarization. It would have been helpful to have more information about what notarization is and why it's necessary to fill out the USPS form. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that I needed to meet with a certified person to ensure the form was filled out correctly.
It would be great if PostScan Mail provided more information about what happens next after signing up. This would help users know what to expect from the user experience side. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience with PostScan Mail was really nice.
Reliable Mail Forwarding with PostScan Mail: A Review
I recently tried out PostScan Mail and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. I used their recommended online notary service and it was processed super quick - got a confirmation email the very next business day. I'm not sure yet if they'll email me every time I receive mail, but that's really the whole point of this service. I used to use a competitor, but they stopped notifying me when mail arrived and I had to constantly check, even after telling them and confirming my email address.
One thing I really like about PostScan Mail is that they offer both mail store and building addresses. I went with a downtown suite address and so far, I'm pretty satisfied. It's definitely a step up from my old PO box.
I did notice that PostScan Mail contracts with mail stores, but honestly, that doesn't bother me too much. As long as I'm getting my mail on time and without any issues, I'm happy. Plus, I appreciate having the option to choose between a mail store or building address.
Overall, I'd say PostScan Mail is a solid choice if you're looking for a reliable mail forwarding service. The only downside is that it's a bit pricier than some of the other options out there, but I think it's worth it for the peace of mind.
PostScanMail: The Ultimate Mail Scanning Solution with Exceptional Customer Service
I gotta say, PostScanMail is the real deal. I was lookin' for a way to get my mail scanned and sent to me online, and these guys had everything I needed right there on their website. No fuss, no muss, just clear pricing and all the details I needed to make an informed decision.
But what really blew me away was the customer service. I had a ton of questions, and I was expectin' to have to wait on hold forever to get 'em answered. But nope, these guys had a chat service that was available right away, and the rep I talked to (Soria D.) was super helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions in seconds, and I was ready to sign up right then and there.
And let me tell ya, the service itself is top-notch. No activation fees, no hidden costs, nothin' like that. And if you need help, they're available 24/7, even for notary services. I mean, come on, how many mail services can say that?
All in all, I'm super happy with PostScanMail. They've made my life a whole lot easier, and I'd recommend 'em to anyone lookin' for a reliable, affordable mail scanning service. Thanks, PostScanMail!
Disappointing Experience with PostScan Mail: Lost Package and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with PostScan Mail and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I called them to inquire about their mail service and how they handle lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, my package was lost and I had to deal with the consequences.
My package was delivered on January 28th and the package handlers called me at 2:13 pm to inform me that they received a package at my mailbox for someone else. I explained that the person was my 2-year-old son and he was on my mailbox and USPS paperwork. They apologized and we disconnected the call. I immediately paid for the item to be FedEx 2-day shipped to my home address on January 30th. The label was created at 4 pm.
However, on the evening of January 30th, an ice storm hit Denton, Texas, and I knew I wouldn't be receiving my package in 2 days. I decided to wait until the storm passed and checked my PostScan account on February 6th. To my surprise, my package still stated "label created" and "at originating facility never left." I called PostScan and they contacted the mail facility in Dallas on a 3-way call. The facility stated that the driver had picked up all the mail and that my package should have been received. However, when they tracked it online, it showed "out for delivery," but they just didn't scan the package when they took it. As an ex-FedEx manager, I know that this is a liability and all packages should be scanned and a manifest kept of how many packages went out of the location.
PostScan said they would look into it, but they never called back. On February 11th, the tracking still stated "at original facility." I reached out to an old colleague at FedEx to research the tracking, but there were no scans or data. I put in a package claim, but it was denied because, per contract, the originating sender would have to initiate the claim. I was frustrated that PostScan didn't initiate the claim on February 6th when I informed them that the package was never received. I was never offered any solution, and no matter how patient I was, they just kept saying that the driver didn't scan it and lied. There was no follow-up call or anything. It appears as theft, but I was raised to explore all things possible before allowing negative thoughts to process.
To make matters worse, no one answers the phone at PostScan. I called many times while writing this review, and the call disconnects at the 10-minute mark, saying to leave a message. Overall, my experience with PostScan Mail was disappointing, and I would not recommend their services.

PostScan Mail Review: Great Service, but Pricing Transparency Needed
i mean, i was interested in using PostScan Mail for my business, but i couldn't find any info on how much it would cost me. i had to sign up first and then see the prices. that's not cool, man.
but once i did sign up, i gotta say, the service is pretty good. i like how they scan my mail and send me digital copies. it saves me a lot of time and hassle. and the fact that i can choose which mail to forward and which to shred is a nice touch.
the website is easy to use, too. i had no problems navigating it and setting up my account. and the customer support is helpful. i had a question about my billing and they got back to me pretty quickly.
overall, i'm happy with PostScan Mail. i just wish they would be more transparent about their pricing.
PostScan Mail Review: Convenient Solution for Managing Mail Remotely
PostScan Mail is a pretty cool service. I signed up for it because I needed a way to get my mail while I was traveling. I didn't want to have to worry about my mail piling up at my house or having to ask someone to check it for me. PostScan Mail solved that problem for me.
The only thing I didn't realize when I signed up was that there would be a numerical and alphanumeric add-on to my address. At first, I was a little confused by it. It made it pretty obvious that my address wasn't a physical location. But after a while, I got used to it.
Overall, I think PostScan Mail is a great service. It's easy to use and it's really convenient. I like that I can see all of my mail online and decide whether I want it forwarded to me or shredded. It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a way to manage your mail remotely.
Misleading Pricing: My Experience with PostScan Mail
So, I tried out PostScan Mail and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. The website kept telling me that the price was gonna be 9.95, but when I went to pay, they charged me 14.95 instead. What's up with that? I don't appreciate being misled like that. It's not a great way to start off a business relationship, you know? I hope they can fix this issue soon, because I was really hoping to use their service.

Review of PostScan Mail: Great Mail Management Service, but Support Needs Improvement
So, I was looking for a way to manage my mail while I'm on the go, and stumbled upon PostScan Mail. At first, I was a bit confused about why they needed my current address, since I don't really have a permanent one right now. But after doing some research, I realized that it's actually a pretty important part of the process. They need to know where to send your mail once they receive it, after all!
I decided to give the service a try, and signed up for a plan that would allow me to receive and manage my mail online. The setup process was pretty straightforward, and I was able to get everything up and running in no time. I was excited to start using the service and see how it would work for me.
Unfortunately, I ran into a bit of trouble when I tried to contact their support team. I had a couple of questions about how to use the service, but when I called their support line, it just rang and rang. I tried calling a second time, but still didn't get an answer. I was a bit frustrated by this, since I really needed some help getting started.
Overall, I think PostScan Mail has a lot of potential as a mail management service for people who are on the go. However, their support could definitely use some improvement. If they can get that sorted out, I think they could be a great option for anyone who needs a way to manage their mail remotely.
PostScan Mail's Customer Service Saved the Day!
So, I was tryna set up my account with PostScan Mail (postscanmail.com) and it was kinda tricky at first. But, I gotta say, their customer service came through and helped me out. They clarified what was goin' on and now I'm ready to start using their service. I'm curious to see how it all works out, but I'm feelin' pretty good about it so far.
PostScan Mail Review: Disappointing Service and Suspicious Reviews
I tried PostScan Mail and it didn't work for me. I was really disappointed because I was hoping it would be a good solution for my mail needs. It seems like all of my mail just got thrown away and I never received anything. It's really frustrating because I paid for the service and didn't get anything in return.
I also noticed that there are a lot of reviews for PostScan Mail online, but I'm not sure if they are all real. It seems like there are a lot of bots leaving reviews to make it look like the service is better than it actually is. It's really misleading and makes me feel like I can't trust the company.
Overall, I would not recommend PostScan Mail. It seems like they just want to steal your money and don't actually provide a real service. If you're looking for a mail solution, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Convenient Virtual Mailbox: My Review of PostScan Mail
PostScan Mail is pretty good. I've been using it for a bit and it's been pretty cool. I think I need a little more time to really get a good feel for it before I give my final review though. There was a little bit of an issue with their third party notary service for a couple of days, but other than that, everything seems to be taken care of. I believe I've received all of my mail and packages without any problems.
One thing I really like about PostScan Mail is that it's super convenient. I don't have to worry about going to the post office to pick up my mail or packages anymore. Everything is delivered right to my virtual mailbox and I can access it from anywhere. It's really great for people who travel a lot or who don't have a permanent address.
The website is pretty easy to use too. I was able to set up my account and start using the service pretty quickly. There are a lot of different options for how you want your mail and packages handled, so you can customize it to fit your needs.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with PostScan Mail so far. I think it's a great service for anyone who needs a virtual mailbox. The only thing I would say is that the notary service issue was a little frustrating, but it seems like it was just a temporary problem.
PostScan Mail Review: Sketchy Payment Process but Convenient Services
So, I was checking out PostScan Mail and I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled about having to give my card details before even making a payment. It kinda feels like a scam to me, you know? I mean, I haven't even tried out the service yet and they're already asking for my info. It's a bit sketchy, if you ask me.
But, if they could just scrap that whole process and let me try out the service first, that would be way better. It would definitely make me feel more trust worthy towards them. I mean, I'm all for trying out new things, but I don't want to feel like I'm being taken advantage of, you know what I mean?
Other than that, the website looks pretty legit and the services they offer seem pretty useful. I like the idea of having a virtual mailbox and being able to access my mail from anywhere. It's definitely a convenient option for people who are always on the go.
Overall, I think PostScan Mail has potential, but they need to work on their payment process. It's just not cool to ask for card details before even letting someone try out the service. But, if they can fix that, I would definitely consider giving them a try.
PostScan Mail Review: Cool Concept, But User Experience Needs Improvement
I gotta say, PostScan Mail ain't all sunshine and rainbows. Don't get me wrong, the concept is pretty cool - getting all your mail scanned and sent to you digitally. But there are some things that could use some improvement.
First off, the map selection tool is a real pain in the butt. It took me forever to figure out how to select the right address. And even when I did, it still wasn't accurate. I ended up wasting a whole hour just trying to get my mail forwarded to the right place. Not cool, man.
And why can't you just offer a printed list of addresses? That would make things so much easier. I don't want to have to deal with your wonky map tool every time I need to update my address. Just give me a list and I'll be on my way.
Honestly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated and angry right now. I don't think that was your intention, but that's how it is. I just want things to be simple and straightforward. Is that too much to ask?
Overall, I think PostScan Mail has some potential. But they really need to work on their user experience. Make things easier for us, guys. We're not all tech wizards.
