I got a mailbox from Postal Connections for the whole month of June. But they closed on June 13th. I paid for the whole month, but they won't give me my mail even though they said they would on June 1st. It's now June 14th and they still won't give it to me. Unit#***.

I sent a Christmas package from Postal Connections in Mechanicsburg, PA to my son in Austin, Texas. The stuff inside was worth around $250. The person who shipped it said that the shipping fee included insurance in case anything happened to the package. But my son never got it. I tried to talk to the shipper about it, but he always complained and got frustrated about having to contact his own insurance company. He asked for my credit card and receipt info for the contents, and I gave it to him. I tried calling and stopping by the store many times to check on the claim progress, but he never answered or responded to my calls. When I stopped by, his daughter said he wasn't there, but she would tell him to call me. He never did. I finally caught him one day and he asked for more info and my son's email. That was in March. When I stopped by again in April, his daughter said they still hadn't heard anything and that these things take a LONG time. Now it's June, and I still haven't gotten a resolution on the claim for the insured package that never reached my son. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
