Postalstuff Do not order from this site!!!

I placed an order in November and still have not received it. I have called and emailed more times than I can count and either they don’t answer, tell me they’ll call back in 30 minutes, and no response to email. I have filed a complaint with BBB. Apparently this is how they do business as there are multiple complaints with the same issues. HORRIBLE COMPANY. The man that answers the phone is a gigantic liar! Absolutely no stars!

Recommendation: Do not order from this site!!!

Postalstuff I made a big order on April 16th

I made a big order on April 16th. I got all the stuff, but I had to send back one item that cost $39.95. I sent it back, but I never got my money back or a new item. I've been calling the owner and leaving messages. Sometimes he picks up and keeps promising to fix it, but nothing has happened yet. Now he's not answering my calls at all, so I'm just leaving voicemails on his cell phone.

This company deserves no stars! Communication was great in the beginning but then after a month, which they said could take up to 4 weeks, said it would be in the mail that Saturday or Monday and they would send me tracking information! Here it is over a month past that last email and I have nothing! I have sent them several emails and have heard nothing back!

I wish I had thought to search here first for this company. I spent $112 and have never received anything I ordered. The infamous Phil email was the only response I received. I will be filing a fraud claim. How is this “ business” still around?

Postalstuff I ordered some stuff from Postalstuff, LLC in late March 22

I ordered some stuff from Postalstuff, LLC in late March 22. It's now July 17th, and the delivery time was supposed to be 2 to 4 weeks. It's almost August, and I still haven't received one of the items I ordered. As a cca starting out at the post office, we don't get a uniform allowance, so if we want stuff, we have to pay for it ourselves. I've sent multiple emails and made calls, but haven't had any luck. The one time he answered, he said he would look into it and call me back, but he never did. At this point, I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.

I wish there was an option for - star. I payed for my items. Received an email that items would ship in 4 - 6 weeks. I used the telephone number provided. No voicemail option to leave message. Tried several times and finally got an answer. The man that answered states "I have your order right in front of me". Tshirt is on backorder, I should receive in 2 weeks. 8 weeks later no emails, no answer and no order. Contacted my bank and had the charges reversed. This "shop" needs to be fined and removed as a legitimate company. Postal workers beware...you are a thief. We are breaking our backs working and you can't be honest. Karma will get you!

Postalstuff I had a problem with this company called Postalstuff, LLC

I had a problem with this company called Postalstuff, LLC. I ordered 5 shirts on May 12, 2022. I sent them an email but didn't get a response. I called them multiple times, but all they did was give me excuses about supply issues due to Covid-19 and so on. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, as of July 26, 2022, I still haven't received my merchandise. They told me the Monday before that I would receive a tracking number along with 3 free shirts, but that never happened. Finally, I called my credit card company and they credited me the following day. I want to warn all my postal friends not to order from this company. The owner is a con artist. Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable company. He is a sleaze. By the way, giving him a 1-star rating is much more than he deserves. Unfortunately, there are no negative ratings available.

Postalstuff These guys are such liars and thieves

These guys are such liars and thieves... I ordered like $60 worth of t-shirts for summer last May and I still haven't gotten them... I've called so many times and they keep saying it's a supplier problem and they'll send them out next week and even throw in some extra shirts... It's all a load of crap... Don't ever order from them. I've ordered from them before and while the service was slow, I did get the stuff I paid for... but not this time. I reached out to them about 3 weeks ago and they said they don't know how my order slipped through the cracks but they'll definitely ship it next week... but guess what? Nothing... absolutely nothing. So yeah, they're just a bunch of crooks and liars. Stay away. I wish I could give them a zero-star review.

I ordered two hoodies from Postalstuff, LLC on November 10, 2022. The seller told me to wait 2-4 weeks for the product. After 4 weeks, I called and changed the color of my order because the seller said the original color wasn't available from their vendors. A week later, I still hadn't received any updates on my order. I called the seller again, and he said he couldn't get the colors I had changed to, even though he had previously said they were available from his vendors. So, I asked him what he had in stock at his office. He had one of the colors I had selected. Then, he mentioned that he had a 1/4 zip hoodie in my size (xl). I agreed to that option because I just wanted to receive my order. He assured me that he would send them to the embroiderer and have them shipped within a week. However, it has been two weeks since then, and I still haven't received an email confirming that my order has been shipped. I have been calling several times a day for the past two days, but there has been no answer, and the voicemail hasn't been set up. After reading reviews, I now realize that this is a common issue with this company. I just want the order that I was willing to change to in order to make things easier for the seller.

Postalstuff I've ordered from Postalstuff, LLC a few times in the past

I've ordered from Postalstuff, LLC a few times in the past. I knew they took a while to ship orders, but my most recent purchase was the absolute worst. On 3/11/22, I ordered $86 worth of new t-shirts for the summer, and I finally received my order on 5/30/22. That's over 9 weeks! I emailed them a total of 3 times. They responded to the first email after 4 weeks and said there was a shortage, but my order should arrive soon. They completely ignored my second email, which I sent during the 8th week of waiting for my shirts. Finally, on the 10th week, I had enough and emailed them again, demanding that they ship out my order as is. I also mentioned that if something hadn't arrived yet, I wanted a refund. Their response email started with a sarcastic comment about me being a comedy writer for SNL. I found that to be completely disrespectful! All I asked for in my emails was better customer service and communication. They shouldn't leave their customers hanging. After receiving that rude email, I made up my mind to never order from their website again. A co-worker of mine also ordered on the same day as me. She called them and managed to speak to someone who offered her a free shirt because of the delay. I thought maybe I would get a free shirt too for all the emails I sent, but no. I didn't ask for free stuff, but it would have been nice if they had done something. When my co-worker received her order, she got 2 free shirts. So, if you complain to Postalstuff, they treat you poorly. But if you call and flatter them, they give you free stuff. Their service is just horrible. They will never get my business again, and I won't recommend them to anyone I know. I hope this review helps someone realize that this business needs to improve their customer service and be transparent about delays on their website.

Ordered Oct 31st, was immediately charged for my order. Website says 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. It is now 7 weeks later. Was hoping to have before Christmas. I initially spoke to them twice on the phone about my order and they gave me the "it will ship next week" excuse. They could have shipped the items that were in stock rather than wait, in my opinion. There is no way to track the status of your order on their website. When you try to call them, they do not even have a voicemail box set up. I have tried to call them multiple times to get the status of my order but no one answers the phone. I tried to email them initially as well and got no response. I believe the owner to be unscrupulous or incompetent. I have filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. I recommend that you DO NOT order from this company as they are extremely unreliable.

I was super excited to be able to find an option on shirts where I could customize them for work. I ordered 4 shirts and followed all the instructions on the website. After two weeks, I sent an email asking for a status update and heard nothing back. I sent another email, figuring maybe the original one was not received. I still heard nothing back. I sent a third email asking the same thing for a status update just to see when I could expect my order and I never heard back. Since I used a credit card for my order, I filed a dispute and finally got a permanent credit for that.

I placed my order on July 8. I filed a dispute in August and now, on September 23, I got a confirmation from the credit card company stating I would get a permanent credit/chargeback for my order. I still have yet to hear anything from the company that I ordered these shirts from. Not sure how many other fellow postal workers have had the same issue. I am going to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agency and see if they can get involved. Yes, I got my money back, but this website shouldn't be active if they aren't delivering goods that people order.

Postalstuff Order never received. Won’t call me back.

I placed an order on June 27 of 2023 and have still not received my order. I have called multiple times and emailed once and have not received an answer. I have ordered from them multiple times, but have always received my order even if it has been months later this time, I cannot even get them to answer me back. My order number is 59992. I would like my money back.

Postalstuff Order I placed in Sept 13,2023

I placed an order on September 13. Received a voice mail from Phil Miller from Multiple Stuff, to call him. I did, and he needed my 3 digit code on the back of my Debit card. Took $87.00 dollars out of my account right away. Still have not received my order, and it is December 19, 2023. I have called all 3 phone numbers are on the voice mail almost every day, and left e-mails, and text messages, but no response, and voice mail is full. I just want my money back

Postalstuff I ordered a few items from Postalstuff.com on 09/30

I ordered a few items from Postalstuff.com on 09/30. I received an email stating delivery would take 2-4 weeks. On 10/01 the amount of $133.30 was came out of my bank account. I sent emails requesting an update on 10/28 and 11/02 with no answer. I sent another email on 11/04 to which I got a reply stating, one item was on back order, but a similar item was available ( which I agreed to) and my order would be completed through production and ready to ship, early the following week. No shipment or even shipment confirmation came so I sent another email on 11/30, which again didn't get answered. It has been more than 2 months now, since I ordered AND paid and I still don't have my items.

Order items from this company they sent an email wanting the 3 digit code from your credit card to complete the transaction as they say, but once you send it you never hear back from them again, the phone rings and rings then says the voice mail isn’t set up or something like that… then you never get your items but they charge you…. How can they be allowed to still operate when there are so many complaints with the same issue well they don’t operate they just take peoples money

Ordered postal hats 20 days ago. Got an emailed receipt, the all communication stopped. Phone numbers not working, emailed twice (total of three times, that tried to communicate). No tracking number. Looked up the address and it looks like a grocery store is located at the given address. I want my money back.

I ordered tshirts online June 9, 2022. Funds were taken from my bank account on June 10, 2022. I sent multiple emails to the company inquiring about the status of my order after four weeks with no response. I attempted to contact the company by phone several times as well, but there was no answer and no room in their voicemail. I have asked for a full refund three times in the past 9 weeks, with only one response that guaranteed that my order would be shipped "at the end of the week"; that was three weeks ago. I have not received any indication that my order has been filled, that it has been shipped, or that I will receive a full refund of the $62.85 that was taken from my bank account. this is a copy of the initial confirmation email:

I placed an order online for roughly 80 dollars back in the middle of July 2022, it went through money was taken out of my account and it would take about 6 weeks to receive my order. I never received a confirmation email or order number with this order. I waited till September 12th and called the company inquiring about my order. I spoke with a gentleman named who said he found my order and saw what was holding it up, didn't disclose to my what the issue was but did say he'd like to throw in a free sweatshirt for the inconvenience, which I was unable to discuss at the time as I had no access to the website to choose my option. He provided me with a cell number to call him back with my choice after reviewing my options. His cell number is. It is now October 28th and still have no product and they have my money.

Postalstuff I made an online purchase with Postal Stuff

I made an online purchase with Postal Stuff. I ordered a hoody and a hat using my Visa card. The online card verification process required that I enter all my card information as well as a 3 digit security code which I provided. I found it strange to receive an email requesting that I email my security code to them for the card. They explained it was because they have an old system. I never received the merchandise and I attempted to contact the merchant 10 times. Five times via two different email addresses and five times via telephone, to the phone number provided on their website. My credit union also tried to call the merchant. The transaction was for $46.45 to Postal Stuff LLC OH US Phone #

I made a purchase of $99.25 on 3-10-22, and it cleared my bank the next business day. I have ordered from this company before, so I knew that shipping is usually slow. At the end of April, I had still not received my order or a tracking number, so I called the company. I spoke with a man that said a jacket that I had ordered was delaying the order, but that he would go ahead and ship my shirts. He said that my jacket would be shipped separately when it comes in. After about 3 weeks of not receiving my shirts, I called back, and he assured me that whole order would ship that Friday. That was around May 20th. I have tried calling several times with no answer, and also sent an email with no response. As of today, I still have not received any of my order. By reading the other complaints, this is a common issue with this company. At this point, I want my money back. He’s stealing from people.

Order #*** I placed order on 11/01 for $100.15 and have yet to receive it. He took my money immediately. I managed 1 time to talk to owner several weeks ago and he gave some excuse about waiting for 1 item and it was due to be in the next couple days. I haven't heard a thing since and can no longer even get a phone call to go through as it says voicemail not active. I have emailed many times and he has never replied. I gave him plenty of time to ship order. This company if it is still active should not be doing business especially selling USPS merchandise. I should have looked at ComplaintsBoard.com first before placing order. With all this going on he still has the nerve to send out emails advertising USPS merchandise for sale.

I ordered two hats on 3/1/22 from this company and my credit card was charged $34.40 on 3/4/22. To date I have never received my items. Called the company on 4/8/22 actually spoke to a man who said “we have had an inventory shortage and ran out of the style you ordered, we are upgrading your hats and will have them shipped out on 4/11/22”. He also said I would receive an email shipping confirmation—- which never happened. I have tried to call back numerous times with out any answers. Seems like this company is notorious for taking peoples money but never producing the items.

On 4-6-2022 I made on online order for 4 shirts totaling $51.35 through the Postal Stuff website. I have not recieved the items, have gotten no response to emails to the company regarding my order, and noone will answer the phone. I checked with other USPS carriers through a nationwide FB group and they have all claimed the same as I did...no order recieved and no correspondence with the company Postal Stuff. I want my items, or a refund and for them to stop deceiving the population.

I placed an order for 4 shirts from this company on July 2. After a few weeks, I didn't receive the order, so I emailed the company. After no response to my email, I called and spoke to the owner, who explained to me about supply chain issues, so I understood and said I would wait. A few more months go by, I call again and get the same response. I wait again. In March 2022, I call and email again and no answer either way. I file a dispute with my credit card, who in the end, tells me I cannot get a refund because the owner said he would ship it out. I call the company AGAIN. and the owner answered and told me he would not only ship what I ordered, but also add 4 more shirts. I thought this was finally over but 3 weeks later, I haven't received the shipping email I was promised nor have I received anything. I really just want my money back at this point, but I know that's not happening. I just don't want others to deal with the frustration I'm going through.

Hello I placed an order on 5/3/22 with Postal stuff LLC for 3 T-shirts totaling 51.85. My order number is ***. I initially didn’t receive a confirmation and tried calling several times - no answer and unable to leave a message. I finally found the confirmation in my junk email asking me to reply back with my 3 digit security code on my debit card stating my order would not be shipped until they had the number. I NEVER replied with the 3 digit code. My card has been charged but NO ONE has replied to my email inquiry regarding my order and no one is answering the phone as to when my order will ship. I then saw the complaints everywhere on ComplaintsBoard.com and fear my money has been taken and I will never receive my shirts. Please help!

I ordered a hoodie from this company on October 29 for $50. I have ordered a few times from this company and it usually takes about 2 months to receive the item. In December I reached out and was told it was being shipped the following week…nothing. I proceeded to email and call numerous times. Sometimes he picks up, most times he doesn’t. Every time I have talked to him he says it will be out the following week. Finally, I called and asked for a refund which would need to be mailed to me. He agreed, but I never received my refund. My bank won’t let me file for a refund since it’s been over 60 days. It’s now may 1, 2022…6 MONTHS later…and nothing. No refund, no product…nothing. I’m furious I’m out $50 as I only bought this as a NEED for work and I’m on a tight budget. Absolutely do NOT order from this scammer.

I have placed 2 orders with this company, one on February 10, 2022 for $67.50 and one on March 24, 2022 for $98.00. I have never received the items or a tracking number for the shipments. I have tried to contact the company by email on April 27 with no reply. I am seeing complaints for this company and would just like my money refunded. I have already requested my bank help with this process. Obviously this company is not a good company. I have attached the email I have from the order of March 24. I am still looking for the email from the February order.

Nor am I able to get in touch with anyone about my order. The [protected] telephone number for the business has been disconnected and any email sent, go unanswered. I have ordered stuff before and it took and unreasonable amount of time to receive it, but at least you could call and speak to someone about it, but not they seem to have folded, leaving people without their orders or reimbursements.

I ordered tshirts online June 9, 2022. Funds were taken from my bank account on June 10, 2022. I sent multiple emails to the company inquiring about the status of my order after four weeks with no response. I attempted to contact the company by phone several times as well, but there was no answer and no room in their voicemail. I have asked for a full refund three times in the past 9 weeks, with only one response that guaranteed that my order would be shipped "at the end of the week"; that was three weeks ago. I have not received any indication that my order has been filled, that it has been shipped, or that I will receive a full refund of the $62.85 that was taken from my bank account. this is a copy of the initial confirmation email:

I ordered 3 shirts on June 18th and immediately postalstuff.com extracted the money from my account. I waited 2 weeks and reached out twice to no avail. On June 29th I finally heard from Phil M and he specifically stated my order would be mailed in 1-2 days. I waited not her week, no tracking...I emailed him 2xs...no response...I still as of July 12th have nothing in terms of tracking or shirts! This company is a sham and should be investigated. You shouldn’t be able to post that it takes 2-4 weeks for an order, then lie in Emil that the order is on the way... only for a consumer to not receive nothing for a month! This is ridiculous. My advice is to everyone...do NOT USE THIS COMPANY, choose another *** Company for alternative clothing not provided by the ***!

I never received a confirmation email or order number with this order. I waited till September 12th and called the company inquiring about my order. I spoke with a gentleman named *** who said he found my order and saw what was holding it up, didn't disclose to my what the issue was but did say he'd like to throw in a free sweatshirt for the inconvenience, which I was unable to discuss at the time as I had no access to the website to choose my option. He provided me with a cell number to call him back with my choice after reviewing my options. His cell number is ***. It is now October 28th and still have no product and they have my money.

I made a purchase of $99.25 on 3-10-22, and it cleared my bank the next business day. I have ordered from this company before, so I knew that shipping is usually slow. At the end of April, I had still not received my order or a tracking number, so I called the company. I spoke with a man that said a jacket that I had ordered was delaying the order, but that he would go ahead and ship my shirts. He said that my jacket would be shipped separately when it comes in. After about 3 weeks of not receiving my shirts, I called back, and he assured me that whole order would ship that Friday. That was around May 20th. I have tried calling several times with no answer, and also sent an email with no response. As of today, I still have not received any of my order. By reading the other complaints, this is a common issue with this company. At this point, I want my money back. He’s stealing from people.

Postalstuff Merchandise was ordered on 01/07/2022

Merchandise was ordered on 01/07/2022. Order# *** there is 7 items on this order. Final total $127.15 On the receipt it says expect a 2-4 weeks to custom produce and deliver merchandise. I have communicated with some one name Phil Miller on numerous occasions and he never tells me how much longer it will before I will receive my order. Once he says he doesn’t know where my order is on the production list. That was a month ago. The company has never tried to offer me anything for the inconvenience. Sometimes when I email they don’t reply. The reason for me ordering the shirts was for a event but the event is over been over weeks now. Im really tired of this company not being honest with me and not giving me adequate updates. And also they promised a tracking number 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting it’s going on another 3 weeks now again. So this company has become a joke now. Please help me!

I placed an order on March 11 totaling $73.25 for several tee shirts and hats. I received an order confirmation email with my order number ( #***). I responded back to the email providing my Ccv code as requested and asking if I could receive my order before the 4 week period that they stated. I received no additional contact from them and have emailed several times with no response. I also tried an old email address that I had from a previous order from a few years ago and still have not received a response back. I’ve tried calling the number listed [protected] multiple times with no answer and it says that the mailbox is not set up so I couldn’t leave a voicemail. I also tried another number that I found and that number had been disconnected. I tried to fill out the contact us form on the website and it wouldn’t process my request. I just want my items that I have been charged for and someone to respond back to my emails.

I placed an order for 4 shirts from this company on July 2. After a few weeks, I didn't receive the order, so I emailed the company. After no response to my email, I called and spoke to the owner, who explained to me about supply chain issues, so I understood and said I would wait. A few more months go by, I call again and get the same response. I wait again. In March 2022, I call and email again and no answer either way. I have placed 2 orders, on 11/15 and 12/27, with Postalstuff.LLC. Assuming they were very busy I waited until late January to start making calls to ask about my items. (Which included 6 heavy shirts and a hat) He kept explaining that he had most items on back order. My items would be coming. The beginning of lies. I sent emails on 12/16 and 02/24. The first was just for a response. No response. The second was to cancel both orders as the wait had been 3 months on 1st order, and 2 months on 2nd order. No response. They took $203. 95 on the 1st order #***. They took $138.25 on the 2nd order #***. I had many calls with the same man starting in January and almost weekly in March to get a refund. His complaint that his bookkeeper will be taking care of this each week. The lies continue. I have no items nor a refund as of today, 04/04. I need your help if you are able to assist in getting my refund. I would like my $342.20 refund. Thanks!

On May 25, I placed an online order for work shirts. The website stated I would receive them in 2 to 4 weeks. My card was charged the very next day. On June 7, I called because I was charged and still had nothing. I was promised my order would be shipped and received the week of the 14th. I would get a confirmation email providing the tracking number. I called back on June 21, because I was lied to and my order was never shipped. The gentleman I spoke with told me my order would ship that very day and they'd send the email. I was lied to again. I sent an email to cancel the order on June 22. Since they couldn't be bothered to send a confirmation email, I called again. I reiterated my email stating my dissatisfaction with the business and how I'd been lied to multiple times. He verbally confirmed it was never shipped and I would get my refund and he ended the call. That was more than a week ago. This is an awful business with terrible practices. They are liars and thieves.

Postalstuff I placed an order with the company online on 2/4

I placed an order with the company online on 2/4. It was postal merchandise for my husband, who is a USPS carrier. The order # was ***, total was $92.30 & estimated delivery time 2 to 4 weeks. After placing the order I received an email asking for my cards CV number which I thought was odd. It was stated it was needed to process the order. I replied with the number and also to ask about expedited shipping. I didn’t receive a reply but the money was taken out of my account. I emailed about 3wks later asking for an update on my order since I was never sent a shipping confirmation/tracking number. I received no reply. I attempted communication via email multiple times to no avail. I called the company after 8 weeks & spoke to someone who looked the order up, told me they had been waiting on the hoodie product & that I should be receiving it that weekend. 4 wks later & it has still not arrived & no one is answering the phone. Google now has status of the business as permanently closed.

I placed a hat order for 2 hats back on August 3, 2023, my order#60455. I have emailed postalstuff many times and called many times, I did get ahold of someone in October and said that my hats would be done and shipped out to me that week and I still haven't received my hats.
