Zips Car Wash - District sales manager

I was wrongfully terminated for non-work-related reasons. My site manager (josh's), district sales manager (Melanie) came in to review people at my site and was asking specific questions about a specific complaint from an ex assistant manager at the site that had occurred at some point in the previous month. She then started to question about the subject saying that there had been complaints about some "team members" (ex ast. manager AJ).. knowing who she was already talking about, hearing prior to him quitting and had heard what happened... making "team members" uncomfortable, and the week before has quit his job in the middle of his shift because he had gotten some information from our site boss saying that his boss Melanie was going to be checking cameras and stats for sales to make sure everybody is doing their job and if they weren't they were going to be fired and was told he got scared and left early so that he wouldn't get fired and came up with an excuse saying why he left in the middle of his shift, but the day he had walked out I wasn't even at work and I had only worked with him a couple of times since starting so I don't understand how I could have been one of the co-workers that made him feel uncomfortable. So she had continued to ask if I I had gone out with my boss on a personal level and I had respectfully answered the question with, "No I have not I keep my work life completely professional and my social life separate." (As there is no rule saying you cannot be friends with your co-workers and are not allowed to be able to do non-work related social activities such as going out for a drink with such coworkers), as she only got that specific with that question she did not ask if we ever went out to drink together (more than one person involved), and I repeat... not thinking she meant "personal level" as if I have ever been flirtatious or been flirted to by my boss WHILST at work. Then continuing my job thinking everything was okay and was told I was being moved to another site for NO VALID REASON and there was no saying no and that if I did say no I had to put in my two weeks so I went about my last day at this location with no choice. she continued to review the other coworkers including my boss to see what they have said and then was asked to come back and speak with them a second time after said and done just to be wrongfully terminated for "lying" about a non-work-related issue that had happened a month ago before this situation had even come up because she was not specific on what she meant by personal level and I had told her that I misunderstood her meaning of personal level as she was not specific as she told me I thought you didn't have any personal level such as drinking with your boss and had said that I MISUNDERSTOOD AND CORRECTED MYSELF and proceeded to explain that my boss and co-workers had been asked to deep clean the car Wash trench my first week starting after close ON company (paid) hours and if we pitched in and helped that he would buy us a single beer for helping AFTER clocking out (unpaid) and I had ONE beer with one other co-worker and our boss ONE time for helping out my first week on the job and she considered that lying knowing that I had forgotten about the one-time beer and corrected myself after she said that was considered a personal level and telling her that I hadnt it was one beer my first week with another co-worker. I didn't feel like that was a personal level question because it was a one-time thing and my definition of personal level is having relations such as dating or hanging out regularly with a co-worker and or boss but it was not a NON WORK RELATED issue tht could affect anybody at work or to interfere with my job and fired me for something that had happened after hours one time my first week on the job AS A GOOD DEED AND A FRIEND! ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO BE FRIENDS WITH OUR COWORKERS? NOTHING INAPPROPRIATE EVER HAPPENED IN THE WORKPLACE!

Desired outcome: An apology/disciplinary from and for the district sales manager Melanie Jaramillo
