Motel 6

On July 23, 2015, I checked into the Motel 6 with plans to stay until the 26th. On the afternoon of the 24 th, while taking a nap, I was bitten by bedbugs.

I went to Walmart and purchased bed bug products and returned to the motel where I proceeded to strip the bed I was sleeping in. Lo and behold, the mattress had a hole in it the size of a golf ball. I photographed the hole and sprayed the bedbug product in the hole. I fumigated the whole room and left for a couple of hours. When I returned, there were several dead bedbugs on top of the mattress, I photographed them as well. I informed the front desk and was told that management would call Terminex Exterminating, and if they found any bedbugs, I would get a total refund. I checked out, I had a credit of $86.00. To date, I haven't received the $86 credit nor have I heard from management. When I called the corporate office, I was told to call the motel manager, Jered. Jered has not returned the call, nor have he sent the refund.
