We waited over half an hour for a pre-ordered grocery pickup order. This being our first pickup at Reynolds Rd., Lexington, KY store will probably be our last. We had to call from pickup lot to discover of delay and our groceries were being shopped at that time. A staff member could have alerted us to their delay in advance but did not. $5 coupon offered us by Monica on our next purchase was poor compensation for bad customer service. Bass family, 12/7/2020.
