I've received an email from Costco Visa letting me know that the credit card would be cancelled by 8/18 if it isn't link to the membership. So last week on Monday or Tuesday I went to Costco customer service and I explained her about the email informing about the cancelation, Then she told me that she could help me with that. She start working in her computer and concluded that every thing was set. That I will receive a new credit card by mail already link to my Costco membership.
Today, as usual, I went to Costco to buy stuffs. At time to pay, my payments were rejected and the receipt says "Transaction Suspended", so I went to Customer Service to find out what was going on. Instead of "take care of the member" they treated me like [censored]. CAUSING ME A LOT OF DISTRESS.
I'm Hispanic, but know how to communicate in English and understand it very well. they at That Costco made me feel so bad, to the point that they brough a man that barely speak Spanish to explain to me what they were trying to said. It offended my intelligence, integrity and I felt the degree of discrimination that there is in that CosTto.
Costco is a great company and doesn't deserve to be represented by these kind of people that don't have integrity nor intelligence, and even worst DISCREMINATING people for skiing color, ethnicity, affiliation or gender..
Hope you take the time to find remedies to this situation at Costco Wholesale at Bardstown Louisville, KY.
Desired outcome: I would like to get my Costco Visa reinstain and re training those employee that don't represent Costco values, "Take care of members"
