On Wednesday February 3rd, I placed a pizza order through the online app
at 5:45. On the app it said time of pickup to be 6:10. I arrived in line at 6:08 with one car ahead of me. Apparently, they let this person place their order at the window and sit there until it was ready. So at approx. 6:30, the car ahead of me received their order, I also need to mention there were 4 cars behind me. As I approached the window, I made it clear how unhappy I was that now my pizza is over 20 minutes old and the young man at the window said "not my fault" and he also said, "I don't care if you don't come back". I was in awe! I finally received my pizza at 6:38 and by the time I got home, It was cold. This happened at the Pizza Hut restaurant on Frederica Street in Owensboro, KY and I will never go back to another one.
