Sam's Club - Injury at Sam's club

On or about Feb. 3rd or 4th, 2021 I was injured by my phone that slipped out of a wallet I bought at Sam's Club in Paducah KY. The wallet was made to hold Iphones and credit cards. When I started to get a black eye, I contacted Sam's Club. It was several days before anyone returned my call and at that time I was told someone at the Paducah KY Sam's would contact me. After several days I went over to Sam's to talk to the manager because he had not called me. He told me I would have had to go to the doctor anyway before they could do anything. I went to the doctor eventually because I could not sleep on the left side of my face, because of pain from the injury. I was given an x-ray but was told I needed a C-scan. I did not have the C_scan because I was unsure of how much more I would be out of because of the injury. Right now my face is scared for life because the swelling never went completely down. My black eye lasted about 3 weeks and the pain much longer. When I asked where the wallet was that had the defect Sam's told me, they had destroyed it. I have several e-mails along with doc. I always get when dealing with any company. I have at least 10 e-mails for April, 2021 alone. I have been in contact with Sam's club insurance people, I have talked with employees, on the phone, I have sent e-mails to executives at Sam's Club at the corporate office in Bentonville AR, including the CEO. I have sent letters to the CEO trying to get some type of help. I am a 71 year old woman that is on a fix income. I have pictures of myself I took at the time the incident happened. These people had me so confuse about who was who at this company that, I did not know who I was in contact with. They at one time had closed my case but I can't find the e-mail with them saying that or the letter I e-mailed to the CEO. Somehow it was deleted off my computer but, I did not delete it. I did send the letter to my other e-mail, just in case. I can send all the correspondence I have had with Sam's Club but have to copy and mail the documentation I have. This is just a part of everything that has happened during these last 7 months, the e-mails will tell more. I do not have a client no. but I do have a file and Refer. no. File # 9561354 refer.# [protected]
