Empty pool not previously mentioned on website or confirmation email, put a family with 3 small kids in a room people were obviously smoking in, water dripping from the walls, paint chips all over the bathroom, no phone cord to call the front desk, went to walk to the front desk, locked inside the room for 6 minutes kids panicking door broken, changed our room, exhaust fans hanging out of the ceiling in the new room, missing tray for coffee pouch, no continental breakfast as advertised, literally a fruit cup and juice box! Had to bring our own used towels to the front desk to get more towels, receptionists annoyed every time we asked a question while they had their shoes off and feet up. Lobby bathroom "out of order" for the whole 2 days, an obvious domestic dispute that went on for at least 30-40 min at 1 am and woke the whole room. I'm conclusion, very disappointed in this hotel! I don't feel that a complimentary 2 night stay at one of your sister hotels in baton rouge should be out of the question. No one should have to accept those accommodations while trying to enjoy their kids birthday weekend.
Desired outcome: Complimentary 2 night stay at sister hotel ( not laquinta) in Baton Rouge for a date of our choice
