We are Platinum Wyndham members and try to stay at your properties on our travels. We recently stayed at La Quinta Inn/Amarillo Mid-city on 12/12/24 and had a bad experience. Conf. #88841EE054599. My husband took a bath the night we arrived, opened the drain and the next morning the bathroom, sink area and part of the bed area was flooded. We used most of the towels to mop up the water. I almost fell. When we told the lady at the Front Desk about it and asked for a refund or even a discount, she said, "Well, you stayed the night didn't you. You could have let us know and we would have moved you to another room." and then she chuckled and slid the Folio across for me to sign. She didn't even apologize. How could we have let her know about it, when we didn't even know about it till we woke up the next morning. Her smug and rude attitude was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. We would like a refund, a discount, a free night or at least1,000 points. Thank you, Brian & Nikina Whitaker
