I frequently use your gas stations as i travel alot with my job. I have the app and use my points regularly. The last 3 times i have stopped at this location the clerk never lets me enter my number to get my points. I pay cash for my fuel so i have to go in to pay and always have my phone up and ready for them to scan my card. However they always complete the transaction without scanning. Even when i inform them i have my rewards ready.
