Checkers & Rally's

Called in spoke with manger about my food been wrong an she told me she can only replace 2 of my sandwiches she wasn't trying to hear nothing I had to say an I could understand her with the heavy accent (New Orleans talk) but instead of her ghetto self hanging up phone she continued talking about me to another manger saying they bet not replace it etc... this place needs new mangers an new owners because this is a nice business to be brought to the bottom I'm in disbelief to be a manger I'm a manger of Taco Bell this very unprofessional so sad!

I went to Rally's went through the drive-thru ordered two burgers two fries there was a sign that say value fries was a dollar got to the window spoke with the cashier who told me they were 1.59 I told her about the sign she said she would get management and that manager will come and speak with me the manager was Not only was she being ugly toward me but before she got to me I can hear her from around the corner being ugly loud and cursing about this issue I told her about the sign for the fries she told me the sign was wrong and she can't just give me Fry's I did not want her to give me any fries but I did expect to pay the cost of what the advertisement showed value fry for $1 and she says that the sign is wrong and she just can't give me fries but she was very ugly and cursing and very loud I did drive around take a picture of the sign I asked the cashier what her name was the manager and she told me that the manager name was Danielle I will not be buying anything from Rally's on 190 again if she is still manager there that is no way to treat a customer Point Blank please view your camera for Sunday 7-7-19 around 2:45-3ish or a little later thank you
