December 11, 2020 at 11:08 a.m. I pulled up to the Sonic Drive In 31803 LA Hwy 16 Denham Springs, Louisiana 70726 and ordered a 3 pc. cinnasnacks with a large raspberry sweet tea. Paid and waited... there were three (3) cars that pulled up in the process, their orders were placed and within a few short minutes the carhop appeared with their orders and one left and the other who was next to me proceeded to open and eat his burger! Looking at the time it is now 11:15 a.m. and still no cinnasnacks /raspberry sweet tea. I pressed the call button and asked the lady to give me a refund, at this point there were two more cars and the same person who took my order proceeded to attend to the other cars without bringing out my refund, when stopped I asked what happened to my order she said breakfast items take 4 minutes to prepare, at this time it is 11:19 a.m. At 11:21 a.m. the car hop appears with a refund ticket to inform me it would take about 3-7 days before it posts to my account and walked away. No resolution was offered, apology or my order, the manager on duty needs more training with the public along with the other carhops on duty. I will be looking for my refund until it arrives.
