I started with the company as a driver in April 2021. I have an excellent driving record, no accidents and great CSA score. The transportation department has lost 30 drivers in a month due to unfair load planing amongst new drivers, they force u to take longer loads and give senior drivers local runs r dedicated runs. Until they restructure the load distribution they won't be able to keep new drivers, I was asked by the transportation director if I could do a load to FL because a driver didn't show up. I accepted the load delivered it and returned to the Hammond DC at 8:30 pm came to work after a 10 hrs break and they gave me a 2 loads 1st LD tho. As st Hammond and a drop at the north Carrollton store in New Orleans. Then they wanted me to come back and go to Pensacola with 4 stops. I told them I didn't have enough time Jeff Greg miles and Bryan the safety director r all in Jeff's office and he says so you are refusing the LD and said I quit and that's why f×××ing drivers want to stay here these tactics they use will never stop the revolution g door of drivers leaving if to Katerina to senior drivers and force new drivers to run longer LDS ITA recipe for disaster. I haven't been written up, I haven't damaged any equipment, but the CSA scores for this company r horrible. And they are loading perishable and frozen items into trailers that r never sanitized, I've seen roaches in trailers while delivering to Winn Dixie. This company is spiraling out of control fast. I'm contacting local officials and my senator about the tactics being used and the unsanitary distribution of food items if u need to contact me my name is Shawn Forest [protected] and I have witnesses to back up the conversation with Jeff Greg Miles this company. It has put a bad taste in a lot of drivers hearts. And something needs to change
Desired outcome: I want an apology from TRANSPORTATION Manager and plant manager
