SmartStyle - cheated for a simple trim

I've been to Walmart salons before but I've never felt cheated as I did today

She wet my hair, but didn't dry it, a ploy to get more money no doubt. So I said I'd dry it but she wouldn't let me use her dryer and she said she'd do it for a dollar more. I said ok
When I went to pay, instead the special price of $15, the bill was $33! I protested. She said it was because I had it dried which moves it to another category. (If that was the case, why didn't she shampoo my hair which is also included?).
The Mgr stood right beside her and argued me down and repeated several times their side as if she really wasn't sure if she was right.
The dispute became heated and our voices were loud. They insisted they told of the price change, I said I heard $1 more. After all, that is all she did, dry it. No shampoo for the extra $15 plus tax totaling $34 in stead the $15 I was expecting.
I paid and left and complained to the manager of Walmart, but then she told me in so many words that she knew the salon manager, they are friends. So I knew my complaint would not carry weight with her. Besides you are separate from Walmart.
I am extremely upset. They were rude and argued me down. I heard her say $1 more and then $7 more at the register. But the bill was 2xs what I agreed to.
It was clear to everyone I was surprised at the bill and obviously didn't know it was going to be $34.
As we were arguing a customer was approached and the Mgr said to me, "Have a blessed day." What? That's rich coming from someone who just cheated me.

I will NEVER go there again. Women who are hungry for a dollar and do half the job are not who I want to give my money to.
If she really said a different price, then she didn't give the full treatment which includes a shampoo. When I said yes to a dollar more, there was no offer of a shampoo and I didn't get one as a result. So again, I paid for something I didn't get.
The bill does not even reflect what I requested- a simple cut. I didn't ask for the shampoo and add on which is listed. That is NOT TRUE. I simple requested a cut just like the girl before me. For $15.
They are cheaters, scammers, and so hungry for money they are dishonest. I've learned my lesson. I will never use Smart Style salons.

SmartStyle - hair color

I went in this afternoon (3/23/19). I was told to come back in an hour and the manager would be able to color my hair. I showed her a picture and gave a full description of what I wanted and DID NOT want. She sounded like she understood and said she would take care of me. Came back an hour later and the manager put me in her chair and we discussed it again. Fast forward an hour and a half later, it was absolutely NOTHING like we discussed and I had burns on my scalp! I paid $150 for this color and it is absolutely horrible. She was more concerned with getting off of work instead of listening to me I guess. I'm so upset and completely dissatisfied that I spent 2 and a half hours, mind you i am 32 weeks pregnant, having my hair destroyed. $150 that could've been saved for something else!
