Hilton Worldwide - Sexual harassment

To Whom It May Concern:

As recently as 2005/2006, I was a victim of Sex Discrimination, Sexual Harassment by Management in the presence of other employees, and a Hostile Work Environment at Hilton Hotels Corporation dba Hilton New Orleans Riverside. To no avail, and without reason, the E.E. O.C. has refused to investigate or prosecute the company I once worked for when and where these illegal acts occurred. Additionally, E.E. O.C. is refusing to forward a copy of my file to me under F.O. I.A. (Freedom of Information Act). If the E.E. O.C. has "NOTHING TO HIDE", then this agency MUST AND WILL produce a copy of the entire file as per F.O. I.A. (Freedom of Information Act) pertaining to EEOC Charge No: [protected]. This case is from when I was FORCED to resign from my previous employer, Hilton Hotels Corporation dba Hilton New Orleans Riverside. These illegal acts were reported on numerous occasions to the perpetrator (Director of Catering), who insisted upon calling me disgusting epithets in the presence of other employees, as well as the Director of Human Resources upon my FORCED resignation from Hilton Hotels Corporation due to:

 -Sex Discrimination (federal offense);

 Sexual Harassment by Management in the presence of other employees (federal offense) Workplace harassment https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Workplace_harassment;

 Hostile Work Environment (federal offense).

Quite recently, my previous employer mentioned SUPRA I was forced to resign from, was under a federal monitor for Theft of Proprietary Information & Theft of Intellectual Property Rights from one of its competitors. My previous employer was ordered to pay this competitor approximately $75, 000, 000.00 (seventy-five million U.S. D.) in financial, compensatory damages for these criminal offenses. Additionally, I find it peculiar that NO OTHER HOTEL in the City of New Orleans or its suburbs will hire me. I would elaborate more on these issues, but I could explain it better over the phone or in person. To that end, there are individuals WHO ARE SITTING IN JAIL TODAY (INCARCERATED) ON CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE. I have absolute proof that ALL OF US were subjected to a HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT (FEAR) from the Director of Catering at Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
