On Saturday June 26, 2021 I went thru the drive thru at 7:12 p.m. according to my receipt. I first ordered two Cobb salads and were told they had none, so I changed my order to #2, 3 #3's and a kids meal. She told me my total. I arrived at the window and paid. When they handed me my drinks I realized a drink was missing. I attempted to get their attention but they had already closed the window. I looked at the receipt and realized I was missing a meal. When she went to hand me my food I told her I was missing a meal on the receipt but would pay for it as I needed it. The receipt had one thing and according to her on her screen was another. When I again said I was missing a meal the one employee said loudly I was getting an attitude. I was not getting an attitiude, just wanted what I had ordered. The manager said you are getting an attitude and shut the window in my face. I am not a mean or ugly person but I can tell you this I will not ever visit the Zaxby's in Ruston again and may not anywhere after the way I was treated. It ended up it was my meal and I ended up getting a hamburger from Burger King as we live 45 minutes from Ruston. I have worked in a McDonald's as a Manager as a second job and have worked in my present job for 32 years. I have never been treated with such disrespect ever. I won't be back and I will tell everyone I know about the way I was treated. I have already posted on FB.
