The GM and cashier had such high energy. They were extremely polite, friendly, and energetic about serving everyone, including me and my two girls. I decided to dine-in, and while eating, they even complimented my daughters with Halloween crowns. I even observed a hostile customer come in complaining how she was short changed with much attitude: this did not disrupt the joy management and employees had; the situation was resolved quickly and nicely. The food was hot and fresh, we really enjoyed the big breakfast from the fresh golden pancakes to the hashbrowns. I must admit i was skeptical about going hear because of the service and quality of food i had received in previous visits over a year ago. Loving BK.
Burger King - food, time, and service
Hey, I'm Ryan, I came to a store today 7-21-2019 at 6363 Hearne Ave
Shreveport, LA 71108 around 12:38 or 12:40pm. When I got there. I wanted to try the new tacos. I ordered some and the lady said she had to wait on change. So I was like ok. She took another order and they had to wait too. They gave me my order and we were still waiting on change. Customers kept coming in and leaving. The girl at the front counter was nice. I think I heard her say she was 16. Don't know her name. But the manager on duty name was Thad or Thaddeus. A lady before I came had already called for him to assist her and no one came. I told him I would like some fresh food, cause now my food is cold and soggy and we've been patiently waiting. He threw the bag away and he gave me some other food and I told him I've been standing at the counter the whole time and that food has been sitting there too. I walked over to get my money back and he assured me it was fresh in the bag. Bit into and u could tell it had been sitting too. Besides the cashier, it was bad service.
