Dear Sirs,

I am hoping you can help me resolve this problem with your Morford leather wingback chair that is being represented as a genuine leather. I was very suspicious when I saw it in person after it was delivered on 8/25/23. I confirmed that it was not real leather when I had a reputable company do a chemical test to prove that Nowhere on the frame, seat or tufted back has any leather!

Included are pictures of the tag located at the bottom of the wingback chair, that states chair made of all NEW material. In other words, MAN-MADE materials. I have a reputable test proving it is NOT leather.

When I called customer service, they only suggested that I return it and I stated that I simply want what was described and what I paid for because this is NOT just a case of me being disappointed this is a case where WAYFAIR needs to deliver on what I paid for and what was described. I know for a fact that other customers received the same vinal chair. So, how can this solve the bigger issue that remains? How can you keep this product description and keep duping other unsuspecting customers. I paid $ 2,590.00 for a the Morford leather wingback chair and someone needs to send the correct chair.
