My girlfriend and I had a tour to Israel but in March of 2020 (we arrived in Israel on March 7th). After only 3 days on tour Israel kicked everyone out because of Covid. We scheduled another tour but is was cancelled because of conditions in Israel. We have decided to not travel in the US. We wanted to go to Israel and 2 other countries. I also don’t like being forced to get a vaccine that has a lot of problems just so we can go on an international tour. I will be getting lawyer to pursue this matter. I feel let down and betrayed by a company that had done such a great job until Israel kicked us out. We would have liked to have stayed on tour but could not. I requested a refund but were told no.. Refund was requested and denied. After several calls I recd email saying I would receive full refund. The person I talked to (Jill Corrigan) told me they were making an exception and I would get a full refund. 2 weeks later I had no refund. I called an was told I would get no refund. By Jill Corrigan. Why would a reputable company say I was going to get a refund and then change its mind. I am getting a lawyer. What kind of company says they will give refund (they called me) and then back out?
