TD Bank - overdraft charges

I am writing to information you of the dissatisfaction that I am receiving regarding overdraft charges to my account. I discovered that my account had 3 overdraft charges of $35. I called and the charges were automatically taken off the account with no explanation as to why it occurred. The following week I had more overdraft charges on my account $105 and $70 I could not understand why this was happening especially since there was money in the account. On 11.26.19 I went to into the branch at 41 Drum Hill Chelmsford MA and worked with James Henry. He was confused himself as to why my overdraft credit loan was not connected to my checking account. He instantly told me I would not be responsible. He called someone and apparently my overdraft protection account was used for $1000 and there was no money left in this credit line. I had no idea since I am online daily looking at my TD bank accounts on a daily basis. it always showed $1000 which is what my limit was once I clicked on it it showed 0 balance.. I was even more upset to see on 11/22/19 I was charged 2 more overdraft fees for $35 on this day I also had 2 direct deposit made to this account. All he could say to me was that they processed before the deposits hit the account. I have been a customer for many years. I am looking to get reimbursed the $175 for this incident. I wish when I originally called I was told this information. I would have immediately fix this issue. yesterday when I was told this was the issue I immediately paid it. James Henry did to go the manager that was in the office at the time. She denied to refund starting they have already adjusted 3 already (from my first call). This is truly not professional. I also believe that I should have been notified that my overdraft credit line had reached it limited.

I went online and seen that I had a overdraft then I transferred money from one account into that account tonight I went online to see what was going on and they had charged me for two overdraft I don't understand how I transferred money into the account with one- and then all the sudden two days later I have two negatives when I did it as soon as I noticed it was negative
