I brought my 96 year old dad here for an appointment immediately greeted with we don’t have insurance on file you will have to pay $75. Ok we already discussed this over the phone and I told him I would pay the fee. The visit with the doctor was great but the front desk staff sucks and is very unprofessional. When my dad was finished with his exam he had to use the restroom. The doctor said no problem the front desk can tell you where it is. As soon as I asked if my dad could use the restroom they immediately became irate saying the restroom is not for customers and we have to go to At Home to use the restroom room. My dad could hardly walk he uses a walker but they want a paying customer a 96 year old customer at that to go next door to At Home to use their restroom. I was very upset and told them this is ridiculous he should not have to go to the restroom next door. The male at the desk (Romel) rolled his eyes and kept telling me he couldn’t use it we have to go next door while on a phone call and walked away. the female (Yelena) yelled and said use if u want to use it use it. My dad was already out the store and in my brothers car on his way home so he could use the bathroom. With that being said we never had the chance to look for glasses because of these two unprofessional workers that Pearle Vision has hired.
Desired outcome: Nothing I left the store and my dads prescription is not clear and I need to ask questions and I refuse to call those people
