I shop twice a week at water st Market basket in Fitchburg. I am a senior disabled person. I was at tFit h MB on june 23 about 3:30 pm. My bill was 172$ My son brought me home. I was missing 13.99$ charmin toilet paper MD pm meds and trash bags. I called there, they said I left a register, and not their fault. Why didn’t the bagger put them in my cart?. I asked to speak to manager she hung up on me. I called back the manager was very nice. We had to take a bus back down there and back to get my missing stuff. This is very difficult for us being disabied and in our 60s. This was unacceptetable
Desired outcome: I already went to get my stuff. i think a gift card is in order.
