SCAMMERS ONLY LOOKING TO MAKE COMMISSION. I am having the worst experience with Jordans. I will never buy from the again and will be sure to tell everyone I know never to buy from them. I spent $3500 on a couch less than a year ago. I was "sold" the sunbrella fabric and the down inserts. The sales person went on and on about how great it would be if you have kids and pets. I know now that she was just looking for a bigger commission. I feel I was totally scammed. My couch looks like something you would find on the side of the road with a "free" sign on it. The sunbrella fabric stains with every little tiny thing. A small water spot and I get a stain. And, you cant just spot clean it. Everytime you have to clean the entire cushion. Who has time to do that? i WOULD HAVE TO DO THAT EVERY SINGLE DAY. And I paid extra to have to do that? The down inserts are completely flat. I cant even fluff them anymore. I called the cleaning company and they sent out someone to take a look at the couch. The tech wouldnt even clean it, he said all the cushions should be replaced, contact the warranty company. I called them, they said send the tech out to clean it. I tried, was told he cant go back out call the warranty company. I've had enough! I called the corporate office. They apologized for the experience and said "I'm sorry the salesperson did not explain how the sunbrella fabric really is, they should have told you". I doubt anyone at Jordans will make this right
Jordan's Furniture - couch
we purchased a love seat and couch back in 2017 after another couch and love seat fell apart that we also purchased from Jordans. The was the couch is wearing out so fast is absolutely ridiculous! It is sagging and I pointed that out when the 3rd repair man came out !
Now this couch (which reclines) has completely damaged my hard wood floor under it. The love seat we have has not damaged my floor and is not sagging on one side. We all sit on this couch in each area equally! I have bought many pieces of furniture at Jordans over the years and I am done! I am told this is normal for a 2 year old couch. Funny the last couch I bought at Bernie and Phyls lasted over 10 years

Thank you for sharing your experience, though we wish it were under better circumstances. I was able to locate your account, and am sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with your sofa. In reviewing the history, the last time we spoke was in December of last year. An upholstery technician was dispatched to evaluate the seats for defects in craftsmanship. Although there were no defects and the technician determined that the seats were softening and settling as expected, he added some filling to the seats of the sofa to help to make it more comfortable.
At this point, another 9 months has passed. I encourage you to reach back out to us to further discuss your concern. We'll be happy to review any options that may still be available. We look forward to speaking with you again.
Jordan's Furniture - late delivery
We purchased a dining table from Jordan's Furniture, Reading MA; on 8/17/2014. The salesperson mentioned that the expected product delivery is mid-Nov, but based on prior experiences it will be much sooner.
Its Dec 26th, 2014 today, and over 4 months since we purchased the item, and its still not delivered. Every time, I call customer service, they keep saying that it should be available in the next 2 weeks.
Jordan's Furniture does not know how to conduct their business with customers. I am very disappointed with their service. Their incapability to provide customer's a set date on delivery is shocking.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
