On Saturday November 18th, Kate (the manager) turned away over a hundred customers at the Wrentham, MA store. Just as my wife and I (along with 20 customers at the time) were entering the store at 1:30 pm, she decided to close the store for 1.5 hours. Note: she allowed the customers who had entered before 1:30 pm to continue shoopping however. She said she and her colleague were "overwhelmed" and needed to go on a break until 3:00 pm. My wife and I had driven 2+ hours to come to this store specifically.
Not only did she not apologize for this, but her tone and attitude were completely unacceptable. She was rude annd acted solely in her self-interest. She does not care about customers nor your business in general. Having been a customer for 10+ years and having spent well over $10,000 over that time at this specific location, I am extremely disappointed. I will not return to this store (or any Armani store for that matter).
This is not someone you want working, let alone managing, at your store.
Desired outcome: Reprimand employee at minimum; fire her if possible.
