I purchased a newly built Ryan home in May 2018 in Frederick, Maryland Starting on April of 2019 they sent a contractor to fix the settlement cracks and I am still dealing with settlement cracks and my ryan home project manager (Brandon & his Boss Doug) are saying they are not going to keep fixing them. I became upset on the 3rd drywall visit out of 6 and disrespected the contractor because the drywall owner told me I had 1 hour to get as many cracks fixed as I could because their worker had to be some where else, they had done enough and wasn't doing nothing else and it was on Ryan Homes. We never received the service we were promised and I still have cracks across my ceiling. I'm so disappointed in Ryan Homes and the fact that they do not value their word, work or craftsmanship. Better business bureau next.
