I have contacted Customer Service at GIANT [protected]) several times to ask that my online order for toilet paper be honored.
I had a delivery on 04-03-2020 where I had ordered toilet paper, but did not receive it. It had been removed "due to unavailability."
I have now again shopped online -- but I could not select toilet paper to purchase -- toilet paper is no longer an option to purchase online!
I hope you can help me to resolve this problem before I drive to the store located at Milestone Center in Germantown MD 20876 -- to pick it up my order, in my car, curbside on 04-19-2020 between 8am and 9am.
I am not hoarding. I am conserving. I am following the restrictions that have been established during the COVID-19 pandemic because I am a senior, and I am going to have to shop in person rather than online ... come April 15 ... in order to buy a store brand mega-roll (16-rolls) of 2-ply toilet paper. GIANT is selling the toilet paper stock to those who physically come into the store -- NOT helping at all those like me who are trying to shop online.
