I stayed in this Motel for a number of months. From Sept - December of last year, I worked at the Front Desk of the establishment. I moved out of the place with my Mother. It is already the 8th of April and the manager did not give me my W2 form yet. I called Corporate I called the Manager again and was told Corporate already sent it to the new address I provided but still no form I receive. I called the number given to me a Frank Kelley who is suppose to be the HR contact for the place but not a single call or email I received. I need my W2 form. Do I need to go to a lawyer and sue this place?
