Date of incident 3/13/2023 - I made an appointment to get my hair cut and blow dried for 5:15 PM. I arrived at 5:10. It took someone until 5:20 to check me in when I indicated I had an appointment with Jackie, I was told she stepped out for a minute, and she never returned! I said I just need someone to please cut my hair I can forego the blow dry, but I look like a wooly mammoth and I really just need a cut. They all just looked at me like I was crazy. I had already waited over 1 hour. I asked a stylist who was playing on her cell phone - after she placed color on a client's hair waiting for it to develop if she could help me and she said rudely, I already have a client. At that point I said, please take me out of the computer I am leaving it is now 6:30 PM. This morning I get a rude e-mail from Hair Cuttery telling me that I missed my appointment! I did not miss my appointment. My stylist missed my appointment - the store needs to be much more careful before they accuse clientele, of being inconsiderate. I can assure you I normally spend a decent amount of money getting my hair done at Hair Cuttery, between services and just dropping in to purchase products, but not anymore. This kind of service does not warrant anymore of my time or money.
Desired outcome: I would like a very sincere apology. I cannot say a refund because you cannot give me my time back.
