I came into the Deerfield Beach Hair Cuttery on Monday. My haircut is very uneven. The stylist was very nice and probably very good at his job. Unfortunately, he had to answer the phone about 4 times, he had to check in clients and more. The haircut took one and a half hours. I literally had to say hey I need to leave. He was doing too much while cutting my hair and that is probably why I it's short in areas and too long in other areas.

Desired outcome: A refund please because if I go back then it will be shorter. I will now just let it grow.

Your hair is not unevan liar. You just wanted a free haircut. Cannot afford a haircut do not get one.
It was a no show and a wandering stylist that let you down at The Hair Cuttery. A haircut shouldn't last 90 minutes, especially with the stylist multi-tasking with phones and check-ins. Return and force a free fix from another stylist or take your business elsewhere. They owe you service.
