I received a gift card for a one hour massage (tip included) and I was told by my local ME location at 12266-q Rockville pike, Rockville, MD that the number was not valid. I am a teacher and this was given to me by a family in my class a couple of years ago, but I misplaced it and found it recently. When I spoke to Ms. Wilson (#0673) she was quite rude and abrupt. She stated that she was the ONLY person that I could speak to and that she had no idea who else could help me with this matter. When I asked for information about ME corporate, she stated that it was a "private number" and that she could not give that information out.
