Shaw's - A bagger!

Shaw's — A cashier named Alex at Shaws, Scarborough, ME
We spend thousands of dollars a year at this store and it might be ending soon if this person Alex is not terminated.

My name is Pamela Doucette [phone private] check to see how much business we do with you! I have a home here in Scarborough Maine & in Beverly MA.

Every time I get in line & see this person (he) says, oh boy, "here comes that old [censored] again". I don't know why he says that, because I am a very pleasant person.

This was in front of plenty of people in line, everyone looks at me and laughs, this is not funny at all. I have never said anything to this bagger about this, nor managers. But I will & this is unacceptable! When my cousin and I went there, I think on Friday, while we were in line and again, "oh boy here comes that ugly old [censored]," and he was smirking at me.

My cousin looks at me and says, why is he saying that. I tell her who the hell knows! So we get to the register and I put my phone number in and at the end, he said "look at that chick's [censored]!" It was beyond ignorant and sexually perverse, no matter who this kid was talking to & about!

My cousin said she heard this same person talking aloud about "beating his girlfriend's mother up!" And something to do with a girl that works there and her "fat teenage [censored]".

My cousin & I were horrified! I looked at him (this bagger) and walked out and on the way out the doors this bagger person (his name tage is Alex) was calling me a "[censored], (and) oh what a baby she is." As I said, this was in front of many people. I want something done. I am pissed off about this and if this kid is not fired for this perverted remarks and nasty mouth, we will go to market basket. I don't want to do this, but I will. He is totally out of control. I waited outside and the people who were in line with me could not believe what he said to me in front of my couisin. I am very serious about discontinuing my business hereand I'm considering a sexual harassment lawsuit. You can see how much we spend here in Scarborough, this should mean something to the upper level Corprate people.

OMG, I Am So Sorry What A Sick Little Boy! Yeah you need to go to management and see that this boy is fired! Like my mother always taught me you don't go to the [censored] you go to the Head! I'm sure you're a lovely lady in certainly don't deserve that God bless

Over the past several months I have witnessed many confrontations during shopping & checkout by a particular employee there named "ALEX". This person is rude, highly aggressive and dangerous.

I have seen him threaten other employees and cause loud verbally abusive arguments. I am a victim of this employees malcontent & agressive bad attitude.

During shopping last evening, 12/23/21, I was acosted by this same employee "Alex" as he was again nasty, swearing & highly aggressive and in an extremely vile & violent manner. It was loud & very "public". It was an embarrassing situation and demeaning.

Several days ago, while shopping I (again) saw this same male employee "ALEX" fighting publicly in the front of the store with a 16 year old female, yelling violently, swearing at her causing a scene that invovled other employees trying to stop him. He harrasses others while and during work, particularl;y during checkouts. Terrible, atrocious attitude.

After speaking with managers there, it appears they haven't terminated his employment because "They are hurting for help" at the store.

This is appalling, inconsiderate of patrons and this employees onging flailing, yelling and volitile verbal attcks on myself as weel as the 16 year old employee female is disgusting and hugely irresponsible of the store to allow it to escalate numerous times and still continue.

Numbers of other patrons have had similar complaints about this individual "ALEX" to managers therem without action or resolve.

After speaking with another manager I learned that his vile & violent outbursts are ongoing and they have "warned him" dozens of times. That he was "on notice". That was several 'events' ago!

This employee is highly aggressive, rude and constantly swearing publicly, verbally, loudly and has continued this charade for months. This is NO WAY to operate or manage a grocery store. This person should have had his employment terminated months ago, and this is also according to many other employees as well.

Its a terrible thing to experience, the vile language, engaging argumentatively with patrons/customera and with other employees.

This is hugely unacceptable and ceratinly NOT isolated to any one event and outburst by this employee. He should NOT be employed by Shaws and certainly not around customers.

This is disgusting and continues to "somehow" evade actions.

Desired outcome: He should be be, should have been terminated from this employ. PERIOD.
