Delicious Hebrew National Bun Length Hot Dogs!
I recently tried the Hebrew National Bun Length Hot Dogs from SHAW'S Supermarkets, and they were absolutely delicious! The flavor was rich, and the quality was top-notch. Grilling them up for a summer BBQ was a hit with my family and friends. I highly recommend trying them out for your next gathering!

I was in Weymouth mass at Shaw’s today 09/18/23 I went to deli to do my weekly shopping I have done for about 5 years. I was greeted by a store employee who was exceptional. He addressed me very professionally, very respectfully, I was floored. . His attitude is second to none and this includes anyone I have delt with at this meat counter in the time I have been going here. he noticed me and immediately stopped what he was doing and addressed me he really understands costumer service. I was so impressed with his personality and work ethics I had to flag down the store manager and share my experience. Norvy keep up the good work you are awesome.

I placed an order on line, when it came, there were a couple of items substituted, and two cases of Poland Sprngs water at $5.00 a case that never came. When I called the girl told me I would be credited for the ten dollars witching 3 days. The order was placed on 1/03/2024, order #7929858. I just spoke to a girl who claimed I was not charged for these two items. My bill bill was for $105. You took $104 from my account. She would not give me anyone to talk to. On 10/21/23 I cancelled a grocery delivery for order [protected]. I was told I would be receiving a refund within 5-7 business days. I have made my third call today to the customer service number and have been told again that they are escalating the request and they case is still under review. I was told again to call back within 3-5 business days if I do not receive the refund. I find this totally unacceptable. I cancelled the order and never received my money back. It is a simple case and I want my refund. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General.

Alex bagger at Belmont NH Shaw's worst customer service I ever received.
Shaw's order #00219000800472311031217 on 11.03.2023 at 12:17pm. Alex boy who bagged my $135 order today was talking under his breathe at me as bagged my complete order. Alex eventually refused to bag a 1/3 of my order. This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my 49 years on Earth. My cashier Emma was great. Alex actions seemed to make it harder on cashier Emma by refusing to bag portions of my order.
Desired outcome: It was such terrible customer service by Alex the management needs to know about this. Alex the bagger was so rude and unprofessional it's up to management to deal with Alex. The worst customer service I ever experienced.

I use to be able to, on my own, apply using my computer, our rewards value into dollars off our next order. I worked smooth and easy. Now I have to call in and depending on who you contacted they were able to accommodate my request. Today it took 15 min to accomplish the task. Weekly ads
While shopping at Shaw's in Norwood, MA. it was difficult to use the weekly ad and digital coupon system. There were about 5 women trying to figure out the specials and navigating the cell phone and hope to complete the process. It was attending a class without a teacher.
We went to customer service to get help. Some items clipped onto the list and others did not. Customer service was very helpful. There must be a better way for people who are computer illiterate to navigate the system.
If it continues, we will have to shop at other neighborhood grocery stores. We have Stop&Shop, Wegmans, Aldi, Roache Brothers and smaller independents who will serve us better.
Please do something with your digital coupon system. Shaw's will loose and the others will gain.
