My grandmother who is 90 years old who has a chronic illness lives across the street from shaws in 1377 Hyde Park Ave Hyde Park, MA 02136 In July 2023 I'm not sure what date it was but she called me crying saying that this young girl was being very rude to her. She went to the Deli to get some cold cuts and the girl was swearing at her being rude. I decided to accompany her to see if what she was saying was true again my grandmother went to get cold cuts and the girl was being rude to her for no reason I went and got the head Manager April Ricci and told her what's been going on and they did nothing. The workers name is Kassandra LLanso and uses her social media to talk about customers at Shaws it's very upsetting that this young girl still works there and now my grandmother is scared to shop there. Please Help!
Desired outcome: She needs to get fired
I’ve seen this young lady around and she isn’t rude, there been times I shop and got some cold cuts in deli and customers will be rude to her. She steps up for herself but cussing I’ve never heard. I still speak to this young lady till this day when I’m shopping and now she works in bakery. She spoke to me saying she works in all departments at that company and has only been there since she was 17 years old. She spoke to me about her goals how she wants to be a physical therapist and a patient care technician, she also explained she has worked with autism kids at her school when she has free time from her classes. And how highschool she finished school with a 3.95 and took a class for plumbing.Customers complain about anything when they’re not satisfied. At the end of the day her posting about customers on social media isn’t directly towards anyone, because anybody who has worked in retail can relate. This girl has goals and has dreams to help people in need.
