I keep having non stop issues with the adrian location pharmacy. I have a TON of prescriptions and am a regular at this pharmacy and it is apparent that it is no longer convenient anymore. I get texts that prescriptions are ready and drive to meijer and they are in fact NOT ready. It took me 3 different trips to get one medicine this week. I have had a real issue with Meijer not contacting me when there is a problem with the prescription. How am I supposed to know it has been denied etc if they do not use their words and tell me? Today, I went to pick up a prescription that was text that was ready for pick up. Drove to meijer and the pharmacy tech told me the doctor denied the refill. I told her I got the text it was ready she rolled her eyes, very short and snotty. I instantly called dr office while at the window and my drs office said they were NEVER contacted. When I told Brittany the technician she was annoyed and told me that was untrue. So now I have no medicine when they could have contacted me and I would have contacted my drs office myself since they don't know how to do it.

This happens at most if not all of the meijer pharmacies! They are rude, careless, liars (texting rx is ready when its not), etc... I'm done with the meijer pharmacy. I've never been treated so poorly by any other pharmacy and I'm always patient with them, even with their many errors & lies! Goodbye Meijer
