I stayed on july 10th and left on the 11th. I had my 2 daughters and husband staying also. The room was nasty. It looked like blood on the wall, smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, picture above bed was cracked, bathroom shower rod was broken, our hot tub wouldnt stay filled due to not staying plugged the drained was messed up, our tv was broken to were you had to leave it half way unplugged from the wall and you also had to prop it with stuff underneath it for it to stay on. When we called the front desk it took forever for for the young man to come up I had to call 2 more times then he inplugged it half way and then we propped it up with folded paper and a beer cap. The pool looked like it had semen and other junk floating in it and so my kids didnt get into the pool and we were in the hottub and people were vaping around all of us. It was just a horrible stay and my kids didnt get to enjoy themselves. Your breakfast was horrible. There was some cereal, you had gallon jugs of milk sitting on ice packs, small donuts that looked nasty no hot stuff besides your waffle machine which was dirty. We drove over an hour just to come and have a nice little getaway with our daughters and instead we were worried about getting bugs and it was a horrible experience. And to top it off we got a hot tub room paid over a 140$ which is alot of money. This place needs to be closed and cleaned and updated. Their were homeless people all around and it was nasty outside also. This place was in a bad area and the website sure fooled us.
Desired outcome: A new room at a different hotel or a refund
