Today at approximately 10:55 am On April 19, 2021, a coworker and I had witnessed several employees engaging in drug activities at the rear entrance of the Belleville restaurant #380. The rear entrance door was wide open and we saw at least 5 employees smoking marijuana. It was about to call the local authorities but I would hope that writing this complaint would be a much better idea. I find it hard to believe that whomever was the manager on duty would let this type of behavior go on right before the restaurant opened. Maybe that person was involved as well I'm not sure. I really think something needs to be said and or done to these individuals that participated in the illegal activities. I'm just totally in shock of this incident especially when these employees were working under the influence and in the eyes of the public.
Desired outcome: They all need to be let go or some type of drug counseling
