I paid for a room for two nights on their website, when i called them they said I didn’t have a reservation. I never got a refund or even a sorry. The didn’t seem to care at all, i called and talked to the person before my appointment and she knew my first name without me giving it to them but when i called a second time to confirm my appointment she said she didn’t have anything under my name. She was very disrespectful with the things she was saying. Not happy at all with them.
Desired outcome: Refund and for them to change how they handle these situations.
Red Roof Inn - Dirty room
Usually red roof is one of our nicer hotels so I get a room check in and start to settle in and I open a drawer to put my clothes away and find garbage I then continue to check the room over and keep finding areas that were never cleaned I was very disappointed in the room and the office did nothing a out it they blew it off like it was no big deal we paid all that money to stay in a room that was dirty not fully clean it's very disappointing
Desired outcome: Clean room or compensate me for my stay
