I visited one of your locations and I am absolutely appalled by the way that I was treated. I do understand that you guys have certain hours of operation and everybody's ready to go home after a long day of work however it is absolutely unnecessary for not just one but for employees to come up to me and tell me that the store is closed and I need to get in line when clearly I was close to the line there was four people ahead of me in both lines and I was just looking at a shirt. One of the employees proceeded to say well if you're not in line and it's 12:00 then they can't ring you out well to be honest with you I understand everybody's ready to go home and maybe frustrated however you do not treat a customer such as they did they were very rude they were snotty and pushy. For the amount of money that I spend with your organization and the way that the employees treated me definitely makes me question whether or not I will be back to your establishment there was still 3 minutes left and they were all over me and broods so rude I can't even begin to explain. I am so upset and discombobbled with the hospitality or lack of hospitality that these employees showed at this meijer today.
Desired outcome: Employees should be spoken to about addressing customers & hospitality we have till 12 so customers shouldn't be rushed out of the store. There's jobs cuz of customers.Also, a gift certificate/something apologizing for the rude behavior
