We pulled up to the second speaker to provide our order. We waited for over 5 mins. As we watched the inside lane push out car after car. The order taker told us she would take our order when she could. After sitting there we pulled away to go around the building to enter the inside lane. As we pulled around the car behind us reversed got into the inside lane. We heard her at the speaker explaining our situation as well as hers. The car in front of us advised the orders taker that we were now behind her. When we pulled to the speaker. We were not greeted. We heard countless cars get greeted right away and their orders taken. I finally said hello and the order taker stated she will take our order in a minute With a attitude.
I called the location and made comments about how they can answer the phone and not the speaker. I hung up. They called back and when I said we were not disconnected, as they can answer the phone and no the speaker. The person on the phone talked over me the entire time.
We live in 13 miles from this location. We went 8 miles out of the way to get Burger King. After this we went through our hometown to next town south about 9 miles to get what we were looking for. 34 miles out of the way to get what we were looking for when it should have been 16.
